Blowing your load fast doesn’t make you beta. But it does imply you’re bad at sex, which is an unattractive quality. Similarly to if you had a BO problem or wore shitty clothes. A fixable problem. And the lack of blowjobs is a symptom of the problem of unattractive traits outweighing attractive traits. Good at sex is an attractive trait.
