I have gotten over the anger phase a while ago and gotten my first plate less than 2 weeks ago, walked about 3 days ago when she tried to put me in orbit. I was actually fine with it until today and all of a sudden I noticed I'm back in anger phase, had a mild outburst at home but kept it in check and walked it off. Is it normal to go back into anger phase again?

Yes. Even in 10 years you'll find yourself unnecessarily pissed off at the way other people act. You'll just be even better at handling it.

This is true. I go into multi phases. Anger depression acceptance. Except I understand why it is I feel those things and know it will pass. As long as I stay productive thats all that matters to me. But god damn people are fucking idiots. Also ppl sck dick at driving.

Good ways to handle it? Nothing like in my teen years where I learned to hang and patch drywall because of anger, but I don't need this especially now. I'm even holding off on plans for dating, it's enough to affect my game I think. Time does it or what? I've been attempting to bury myself in physical work hauling wood but now I ran out of work too early, trying to make more.

You should be meditating.

Yeah, haven't done that for most of the past week. Will get back to it tonight. Something is just driving me to keep lifting and working, just keep pushing. Might need a break instead.

Nothing about red pill is ever over.
Half the battle is taking the hill, the other half is holding it. This is not some program that you follow the steps to and eventually finish. You don't suddenly get a badge that makes you immune to all things beta or bitch.
It's like exercise. Getting fit is only half the work, staying fit is just as important. If you reach your goal and stop going to the gym you're gonna lose that body. Like exercise, it absolutely gets easier as you get more experienced and comfortable doing it, starting out is the hardest part. But that doesn't mean you ever reach the finish line.
