A girl in my office, is always playing minds games with me. She asked me out for coffee and I jokingly said if you pay and she told me I was insane. Then when I joke with her she says she'll teach me manners. I try to act Red pill but she says I am rude. But she sits next to me and looks at me. But when I talk to her she goes away. Shes sending a lot of mixed signals. What the fuck is going on?

Really dont have time to meet girls anywhere else. After work I hit the gym or study for GMAT. On weekends I dont like to go to clubs so I ride my bike or watch a movie. So I dont get to interact with women TBH.

I encourage you to go out and interact with women in situations outside the office. A girl in your office playing mind games with you never ends well. If you're lucky HR doesn't get involved.

She is trying to see if she can dominate you by giving then withdrawing attention, to see if you chase her. Chasing her = beta and she will lose interest. Stop playing her game. Don't seek her out, don't respond to her shit tests with anything other than amused banter.
Start being the one to end conversations with her, before she does. After you run into her (remember, don't seek her out) exchange a scant few friendly jokes, then tell her you have some work to finish, and she has to run along now. Or better yet, tell her you have to go call a gal. (Then really call a gal about a date, so you are not bullshitting--be a man with options.)
In short, show less interest, not more.

Man I think I beta'd out big time. That was before joining TRP. She didnt add me on FB so I asked her why. She said she didnt add co-workers which was a complete lie. So before she left the company I hinted if we could be FB friends since she no longer was working here. She said sure. But when I asked her out she said I was rude to her. Recently unfriended her because dont see this going anywhere. I just want to learn from this. Btw, once you beta out, does the girl loose attraction permanently?

Those aren't mixed signals. Those are strong "I like your alpha frame" signals. Calling you crazy and rude = "you obviously have higher value than all the orbiters who placate my every whim."
With that said, stop flirting with women at work (and yes, she sees that behavior as flirting.) If still interested, you can pick up where you left off after one or the other of you moves on to another company.

She moved to another company in another part of town. I messaged her for a causal meet and she said that I was rude to her. I used to call her Mulan jokingly.

Rude is good, being told you are arrogant is even better, but as others have pointed out, don't shit where you eat. Workplace relationships are a bad idea, and unless she is an 18yr old 10/10 with clear LTR potential, I would stay well clear.
