It's human nature ig to have the feeling of trying again. I'm very picky with ltr's though she checked so many boxes besides like 1 or 2 I know. I mean probably 2-5% of the female population qualifies. so it's rare to find one of that quality.

na man I've been training since I was 12, I've had this physique for years its nothing "new" I've don't to my body or training. But If someone did cut a lot to get shredded I could see that happening.

They are a huge hassle wether its a LTR or just a plate it does take some real time/energy to manage either of them and im at the point where I just don't care to do it.
And yea it is some one that perception "I am the prize" and also I think it comes from a raised awareness to what really matters ...
