Apparently the noise isn't noticeable except for fri and sat nights, and the entry into the main foyer is a key card to the rear. I don't think security will be an issue but I'll definitely ask around about the noise

Thanks for the response man, I suppose the difficult part is that she seems to be offering me the best of both worlds. An open relationship that is exclusive on her end. It was definitely due to having shared interests and knowing him since school. I knew all along I he wasn't one to be trusted deeply but I couldn't ever have imagined he'd do something like this
