For the past month, I've focused heavily on lifting. Instead of insomnia and random thoughts keeping me awake, I transformed my energy into productive lifting.
Before December ended I began learning mandarin. Things are looking up. I'm growing a lot broadly, and quickly.

#NoNothingNov Day 3. Sleeping pattern is improving. Slowly sleeping earlier. Exercise is consistent so far. Failed to break commitment to bad habits.

#NoNothingNov Day 2 evening. Accomplished much in the afternoon. Met with SO and worked on maintaining stoic behavior and frame. Went home at one in the morning, affecting my sleeping time. I will regret this tomorrow morning.

Day 2. Woke up late. Didn't have breakfast. Watched videos causing late lunch. Going to start walking my dog outside the house in the morning as well. Which means I need to protect my sleep tonight.

#NoNothingNov Day 1. Just jerked off. Went AWOL from trp lurking for months. Planning to avoid masturbation and prioritize sleeping on time and full three meals a day. Sleeping tonight at 230am. Gonna build consistency. Goal is to be asleep by 10pm and awake by 6am. Breakfast at 6 and lifting afterwards.
