@Kloi ah i see. I warm up and do the exercise my fisiotherapist asked me to do, then 30m cardio on the treadmill - 5 speed up to 15% incline, recently started doing it with added weight, afterwards pretty much FBW but i like to focus on my chest since i really struggle with it, then additive - sometimes calves, sometimes wrists / forearms, then cardio again, the same as in the beginning if i can handle it, if not - as much as i can. when I do weights / machines i alternate between lower and upper body, i have an order i go in but thats just details. Came up with it myself then it was approved by a coach.
Sidenote, the coach did the body evaluation thing on me and apparently I need 2400kcal to sustain, around 2000kcal to thin down. Im pretty sure I dont even do a 1000 a day. Is that why I'm always tired?

How have you been reddies, I have a question I would like to ask the ones of you more acquainted with the topic of the gym. Ive been going to the gym for about a month now, everyday for as long as they would let me, with occasional, often unintentional breaks. Today I feel generally tired, I can feel most of if not all of my muscles being sore (which is a good thing) and wondering if maybe I should take today off. Usually when I think about that I immediately pack my bag and go to the gym, but Im worried about a possible contusion etc. What do you think?
