@GayLubeOil That's hilarious. Newfound respect for Zach. Her body language is TURRBLE.
@Doodley-cro You can save money by sacrificing a little bit of the speedy absorption and getting a whey concentrate or other forms of processed protein. This was just an example using one of the highest quality forms of protein available to illustrate my point. I don't suggest everyone change to ketochow, but don't rule out protein powder
@Doodley-cro Sure. myprotein (top rated on labdoor) has whey isolate with a 23:1 protein:carb ratio. With constantly available coupons, an 11lb. bag of whey isolate costs $83, and they usually throw in some freebies. That bag contains 220 servings x 23g protein/serving. 5060g protein/$83 = ~60g/$1.
@Doodley-cro This is an overly simplistic view. You have much less control than if you didn't exclude, say, whey protein isolate. Life isn't black and white. Some processed foods are excellent inclusions in a healthy diet.
@CalamariRP You are correct in the sense that a hobby or profession should not be the entirety of your self-worth. However, having interests that you're passionate about is interesting and ultimately valuable. Your ego is an amalgamation of all the things that you do and invest yourself in. It's not black and white or a single focus.
@-Enmity- That's probably because men that have no other motivation beside work and hobbies tend to be boring as batshit.
@CalamariRP Where in the world did you get that hobbies aren't valuable or that they present a weak frame?
