DEAR MEN,
I am here after 2 years of lurking the Red Pill and applying it's philosophies with increased success to bring you new information from across the world. From India we have the concept of Meditation and Mindfulness. Do not take this advice as an ultimatum, an absolute, or fact. Simply add it to your toolbox, if you wish. Here it is,
MY Red Pill Mindset in Plain English:
The past can cause depression. The future can cause anxiety.
Live in the moment. Day by day.
Apologize to those you've wronged. Forgive yourself.
Move on. Move up.
Do not ruminate. Do not worry.
Lift. Approach.
Repeat the mantra. Meditate.
You are a man, You are a juggernaut.
That's it y'all. As far as women go, I ask 100 to hangout, and almost every single time at least 5-10 say yes. It's that simple for me. I hope it will be for you too...If you approach enough times you will get laid. There is nothing else to it. Read the side bar. Try. Given time you just might Do. Only one way to find out. There is no point in entertaining depression or anxiety beyond drawing a few conclusions, it's simple let go.**

Conclusion
The Red Pill mindset can be a heavy burden... By living in the moment we as Red Pill men capitalize on our most valuable un-renewable resource. Time. You stop you. Not much else can. You control you. Nothing else should. Rebound negative thoughts like a basketball. Swat insecurities like flies. Live for you. Be the best version of You.
TL;DR: Women sense our mindsets instinctually. Subconsciously they will gravitate towards you if you are free of depression, a.k.a. negative-thoughts about the past, and anxiety, a.k.a. negative-thoughts about the future. Be alive, mentally, and literally, in the moment, for the moment, and enjoy it.
When mind and body come together in the now peace and stoicism, are easily found. Add time and experience and you have confidence. It goes without saying that in the moment, whichever moment you may be in, you must be productive, positive, and relentless in order to succeed. You will fail. And fail. Keep trying.
“If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.” - Lao Tzu

Actions over Words. Reals before Feels. Definitely...

Yup, it's a trap that is not clear sometimes and we must distinguish it.

Welcome to Reddit.
TRP has become mostly about sexual strategy and forgot the most important pillar to be able to improve the game, which is self-improvement.
Give it time and your post will shift to upvotes.

In the beginning you are whole. You are of no-mind.
Mind happens. Non wholeness happens.
Return. Be whole.

Excellent post. I have been practicing meditation for quite some time now. I had depression issues in the past, thanks to meditation and some reading, I have realized that thought are important and meaningless at the same time. Thought drives our emotion and emotion is everything in the game. Meaningless because the depressing thoughts that come in our mind have no physical existence at all. Stay cheerful and mindful and the negativity of the entire world can't do shit to your frame.
I still have to go a long way to go to be the man I want to be.

Actions over Words. Think less do more. Reals before Feels. I'm glad you liked the post, and you're on the right track. Keep busy all day. Eventually progress will turn you into who you wanna be. Enjoy life one day at a time. But if you want to succeed, make sure at the end of each day you have progressed and grown and accomplished your goals however few or however small. Be. One second per second. Peace

This literally describes my issues, thanks for the post OP. Is there any tips for someone like me who's trying to overcome both some past and future issues to be more present? I've quit weed and started lifting and martial arts if that helps.

Meditate 5-15 minutes a day. Preferably in the morning as routine. As you do so practice suppressing negative thoughts as they pop up. Focus instead each day on what you'll do that day. And try as you meditate to think of only one thing, or nothing. Do what you love. Do not repeat your mistakes. The rest will come naturally. I've had to learn a lot the hard way. Everyone makes mistakes and has issues. You'll be aight. You made it to this sub. Thats a big step up.

Terrific advice. I've recently come to the wisdom of Being in the Now rather than being trapped in my head and it's quite literally changed my life, practically overnight. Over-active minds, and excessive needless obsessing and thinking, are diseases of the modern age. Curing yourself is as easy as recognizing the problem and simply stopping the behavior, thereby taking away its power over you, after which it quickly dies.
