Well, in my previous ABR post I focused on recording women's behavior when there was a threat of her calling the police to play the FRA card against her husband or BF.
So a favorite feminist line is "women don't lie" about sexual assault. Of course, that's bullshit. Women lie all the time about sexual assault to retaliate against a guy, to get custody of kids, to get out of having been caught by her BF having a threesome with two guys (http://tinyurl.com/pzfsj2b) ... whatever.
But would you believe women lie about rape to get out of a taxi fare?
Oh yeah.
Have a look at this article:
Note that this guy only escape jailing on a FRA because the woman fabricated a story that didn't hold together when detectives investigated .
or this one:
Note that this guy got off because there was security camera footage showing nothing happened.
These two guys were saved by good fortune security video, and honest investigators.
Now here's a case where a taxi driver saved his ass by recording a passenger using his smartphone.
Fuck this shit feminists! Women will lie about rape, whether because they're racist, or because they're cheap and trying to get out of paying.
tl;dr: if you're in any occupation where you might be alone with women, you need to be recording. This especially true if you've decided to make a little extra money driving for Uber or Lyft.
http://www.celebuzz.com/2016-03-08/farrah-abraham-rape-uber-banned/
You have been warned, my RP friends.
Postscript: and just to dig it in a little deeper for those who like to claim that "women don't lie about something as serious as rape" ... How about a case where a woman lied about rape to get a day off work:

And there is the question of having the cops grab your phone and deleting the recordings, or the woman getting the phone and deleting. It has happened.
There are some apps available that black the screen so no one can see that it's running, and simultaneously stream the recording to a remote server, so that it can still be downloaded, even if someone deletes it off your phone.
There's also an app that lets you program in some numbers, and with the press of a hotkey it will send texts to your list of contacts (which should include your attorney) that your being arrested. It's quite common for cops to sieze a guys phone and bring him into the station without allowing him to contact anybody. In FRA cases guys have gone days without anybody knowing what happened to them, where they are, or any ability to talk to a lawyer. And don't kid youself about all that Miranda stuff. In FRAs guys have been kept away from their lawyers for days, the police will even stonewall him if tries calling around to find you. In these extreme cases it has even required the lawyer to file a habeas corpus before a judge.

With these apps you can have a continuous recording of everything. What the accuser did, what the police did when they got there ...

You can buy a dashcam for your car for under $100. Plugs into your cigarette lighter and turns on and off with your engine. They do both video and audio. For pure audio just use your phone. Any smartphone is good enough. You can also buy a dedicated flash audio recorder that will record very long lengths of time. They are cheap as well and the battery lasts even longer than a smartphone.

As a police officer we usually only transport females in custody with a two man car. We have to call off on the time we leave the location and get a time check when we arrive to that station. That way there's a time line and they can pull the audio. Unfortunately we don't have cruiser cameras so that's the best we have for now.

actually, im glad you said something.
im not sure is the short answer; the long answer is that they didnt even want to accept the video of her because "i could have tampered with it."
absolute nonsense. you can tamper with any evidence.
luckily i had witness accounts and her own accounting was nonsense.
it was hell on earth

Women lie about anything or everything. Their operational definition of truth is not ours.
ReddittFeist 9y ago
This is one of the most subtle, yet important Red Pill principals.
Guys who project their own male beliefs and preferences onto women can't get their minds around this. Which is IMO the major reason men keep making such huge mistakes with women.
For many women the truth about a situation is embodied in the feelings a situation causes not in the logically deducible facts of a situation.
UCISee 9y ago
This is a perfect description of how women feel. I have been in fights with women over things that happened in a dream. The words "But it just felt so real" or "I can't help the way it made me feel" have been uttered on more than one occasion. So they literally know it was a dream, but don't care because of the feels it made them feel. That's not a singular case where I was with a nut or something, that's how they see reality. Perfect example is in TwoX all the time. "Does this constitute a rape?" Well is the 'this' we are talking about forced? Were you unconscious? Did you give consent at any point? You can't give consent in Monday, revoke it on Tuesday because of feelings and then cry rape, that's not how this works.

We're dealing with the half of humanity that we know for a fact has an underdeveloped brain and we're the ones under thinking it lol.
I think that besides men projecting parts of themselves onto women, generally people project onto others which is why they get duped and fucked over or can't understand a situation for what it is.
Life made way more sense to me when I finally started practicing the understanding that I am myself and no one is like me and I have don't have to be skeptical of other people, but I also don't have to be certain either. We're all still primates that feel we're special with our own agendas. People, male or female can rationalize anything that suits them on a cellular level whether they understand they do this or not.
Women project themselves on to men as well, and because they're so solipsistic, they will never understand why men are either unyielding to ridiculous expectations, or resentful of being their bitch. Which is why they often are never going to change no matter what the hell anyone says to them.

Couple of legal questions:
Where is the line drawn as far as a location having an "assumed" amount of privacy, and therefore any sort of non-consensual recording would inadmissible in court?
If your recording IS considered inadmissible, but it is a key to clearing your name, what repercussions are there if you were do put it on some various public fora to "get the truth out?"

Telephone recordings are a special case because, J. Edgar Hoover. While the various states can, of course, do what they want, in most cases, in public, you can record whatever, because people don't have a "privacy expectation". The cops in Mass (and elsewhere) would arrest people recording because 5-0 doesn't like people filming them beating the shit out of people--and I'm fairly cop-friendly, so if I'm saying "Hey, this is bullshit" then they're pretty much in the wrong. The premise for such arrests was the wiretap law which was clearly never intended to apply to that institution.

To reprise some useful information:
What are guys are supposed to do when they live in "two-party consent" states (and countries) where laws say you are not supposed to record conversations without the consent of the other party.
Readers might find this interesting: California has the worst two-party consent rules in the country, but Mike Cernovich links to an example of a lawyer in San Francisco who literally saved his ass from jail by recording his sexual encounters. There's no question he would have gone to jail without the recordings. The guy was a lawyer, so there was no question he knew what he was doing was illegal under state law. But what's the prospect of a fine and some pobation compared to the possibility of having your life destroyed by being sentenced to 10 years in jail and being put on a public sexual offenders list?
http://www.dangerandplay.com/2011/09/21/how-to-avoid-a-false-rape-case/
FWIW, I've never heard of a person in California being successfully prosecuted for violating two-party consent when the evidence recorded has indicated a crime by the other party or exonerated an accused. YMMV.
You have been warned, though. Record, but in two-party consent states, keep what you've done totally secret and secure. If you do face a false accusation, and one or more of your recordings can exonerate you, you have to hire a lawyer, and only give the recordings to your lawyer. He must approach the police and prosecutor about the evidence.
In fact, even in 1-party consent states, keep the existence of your recordings totally secret.
Why is this? Because police can sieze things from you if you present it by yourself. Video evidence has been wrecked when in police custody, either by nefarious design or by stupidity.
If you give it to your lawyer it is protected by attorney-client privilege, and police almost never risk siezing things from lawyers. They are inviting a huge lawsuit if they do that.
And of course police can't sieze what they don't know about. To quote Gandalf, "Keep it secret, keep it safe"

Bear in mind that the most common topic for laws governing recordings involve telephone conversations. Thus in a two-party consent state, while it may be illegal for one party to record a phone conversation without the consent of the other party or parties, it is perfectly legal to record an in-person conversation. Recording sexual activity can be different from recording a conversation in the public square, for reasons dealing with a person's reasonable expectation of privacy.
Another thing to bear in mind is that not everything that is "confidential" is privileged, and objects generally are not. Thus, if I robbed a bank using a gun, I couldn't drop by my lawyer's office and ask him to hide the gun for me by keeping it in his safe or locked draw, and then expect that to be "privileged".
I note that anyone interested in making recordings of their own convos, sexual activities, should consult with their own local attorney, etc.

LOL. If you could invent some app that would tell you which women are "like this" you would become a rich man.
Of course, it might be easier to invent a perpetual motion machine ...

Celibacy? Sounds more like discernment and careful selection is being advocated here.

you assume that these men are stupid, and missing obvious red flags. they aren't, women who would lie that much, for no reason, are very good at putting on a mask. if you know anything about psycopathy or any anti-social disorder you'd know this.
also in this case he was a taxi driver, he picks up whoever orders a fucking taxi. he doesn't get to say "ohhh i don't like the look of you, im not driving you anywhere", its his fucking job. all he could have done is record the interaction. also if the women who false rape accuse on dates were so easy to spot, no man would ever undergo that hell. they obviously aren't easy to spot.

Holy Crap .... my sense of justice is tingling.
There is always that question of "gee whiz ... you almost cost that guy his job, his family, his entire life ..... and when the lie was found out ... she got like a 50 dollar fine and a month of probation. how is that fair?"
I like the idea that they have to be put on the sex offender list .... I don't know why .... but I like it a lot.
Can you believe the first story? She filed the police report because her boyfriend was "violent and controlling" ..... you know ... after he got wind that she was taking two in the tailpipe .... so once again .... it's not her ..... oh .,.. and it was the first time she took coke ... so I'm sure that wasn't her fault either.
I have a weird question about the second story. WHO is paying the guy this 5 figure sum? it just plain doesn't say. Are they saying the woman who falsely accused him is paying??? otherwise, who cares if he is getting the money.

I also did not quite get the whole "compensation" depending on his evaluation.
first, that mens that despite her doing something wrong, the amount she pays for doing that something wrong isn't based on her doing something wrong, but rather is based on the perceived trauma she caused?
I mean if the guy is a rock and it didn't cause him to lose a second of night's sleep .... it doesn't mean she didn't do it and didn't cause him damage.
and what about the police hours wasted? she should have to shoulder that. in the least as community service.
it's strange, because in a very weird way, the false accusation is almost a "reverse rape" where the guy is held helpless and everyone just has their way until he cane prove he is innocent. that is ofcourse if the attacker is not rich. if the attacker is rich then he is innocent until proven guilty beyond any and all reasonable doubt.
but if he is not rich, he gets fed to the wolves and hopes he can prove innocence. This is also a weird thing you always see in these cases. the defense usually complains that the burden of proof is on them .... which .... is how it is supposed to work. why would these cases be any different. I know it springs from the "victim on trial" that rape cases get targeted for .... but more and more ... this sensitivity to such old questions as "and what were you wearing?" and "So you both agreed to go back to his home and he drove you there?"
but if false accusations is comparable to a "reverse rape", then shouldn't punishments be on par? or maybe this is just not part for the criminal court to hold. I mean I guess between the supreme courts decisions about rape victims suing their attackers (and applying that both ways) and standing charges that can be sued for .... maybe victims just need to be more active working with lawyers and pursuing these cases.
