Intro

An elite is inevitable in every social system. There is no way to get around this fact. Valuable resources are - by definition - finite and therefore cannot be owned by every body.

Feel good (i.e. Blue Pill) rhetoric doesn't matter in the real world. You can believe every one is equally special if you want. But money, attractive women, power, etc. will always be controlled by a few. This is a law of nature.

Body

Let's use school as an example. Some might say that school is "equal" since blacks, whites, men, and women all attend together. That's total nonsense. Negative liberty (like school not discriminating against minorities) doesn't make every one "equal." The guy in my class who went to Duke for free on a lacrosse scholarship and then leveraged his connections to get a top-paying Wall Street job was not "equal" in any way to the kids who graduated as virgins and had to go deep into debt to get degrees that promised only shaky job prospects. These boys were on two different tracks.

The common Blue Pill rebuttal to this point is: "Just because Chad has a scholarship and gets laid a lot doesn't mean he's better than any one else. Some people excel at other things like math and theatre and aren't into the popularity game, you know."

This argument, premised on every one being a Special Snowflake, ignores the concept of positive liberty. The High School Chad I mentioned above could - if he wanted - also enjoy math and theatre. The losers, on the other hand, could not enjoy sexual abundance, free college tuition, or access to elite social networks. Those experiences were closed off to them (i.e. limiting their freedom relative to High School Chad.) Chad is the "King Pin" who retains sovereignty and can actively choose how he wants to spend his time.

Social Forces

I'm aware there is more to life than money, sex, and power (for the sake of brevity, let's call these material pleasures 666.) However, if you don't understand the role that 666 forces play within social systems, you can be enslaved by the system’s “owners” (i.e. Chad) who harness them. It's like the kid in high school who claims that every one is a fake conformist, and yet secretly craves acceptance and would drop dead if one of the pretty girls spoke to him. That kid claims to be morally superior to Chad and yet is negative and a loner (slave) himself.

Those who control the 666 forces (i.e. material pleasure) are able to remake the local environment "in their own image," continually putting themselves in win-win situations. For instance, I know high-status men who partied throughout college, but graduated with top jobs any ways due to connections and tight Game. I know other men who worked extremely hard and yet are unemployed and indebted (Blue Pill).

Back to the 666 forces. Let's say you want to craft a college experience where you're The Man. For this to happen, many people need to acquiesce to your Will. High-status guys must want to form a tribe/network with you, girls need to accept your advances, lower-status men need to submit and get out of the way, etc.

People aren't going to give you these blessings for free. You must provide value in return. Let’s think about what value the top fraternity brothers can offer to an average guy:

  • access to a network of high-status men
  • access to hot women
  • (For underclassmen) access to booze and parties
  • access to career opportunities

The top frat brother’s proximity to these sources of value gives him tremendous power. Note that his power is derived from control of things that humans have deep motivational drives towards. His value does not dependent on ephemeral things like being “nice” or “witty” or “special.”

When a fraternity throws a party with the lights turned off, loud sexualized music turned up, alcohol freely flowing, and bouncers posted at the door who only allow in groups of women - what are they doing? In a sense, they are performing a sex ritual. In other words, they are doing everything possible to manifest a reality in which the brothers can have lots of sex with attractive women. The alcohol’s there to lower inhibitions, the bouncers keep out male rivals, the music and lighting shifts people into a sexual frame, and so forth. The frat brothers in these situations get to play God and make others submit (lower status men turned away at the door, women in a sexual sense) for their own pleasure. So this all gets pretty dark and depressing, but can it be overcome?

Sort of. To transition out of the 666 reality, which functions on the Master-Slave dialectic (check out Hegel or Nietzsche for more on that), you first need to gain knowledge. Jewish mysticism teaches that knowledge is a higher-order desire than sex and power (the two immediately preceding it). In my experience, this is true. Gather as much knowledge as possible. Many different areas can provide useful knowledge. Just ask yourself this: “Is this bit of knowledge helping me predict reality more consistently?” If so, you’re on the right track.

Conclusion

Much of the Red Pill is about teaching guys how to become 666-Owners. This is fine for a time, because coming into personal power is preferable to remaining childlike one’s whole life. However, the 666 path ends in total darkness and therefore does not represent a full Red Pill awakening. The higher goal is to simply see the darker forces at play and then side-step them. This is the beginning of wisdom, and leads to a state that is stoic in the sense that it’s unmoved by pleasures of the flesh. This is amused mastery.

People in amused mastery still have fun. They can still enjoy carnal pleasures, but are not attached to them. I'll call this state 777 for short. Note that 777's are still completely separate from the Herd. Chad's (666) own the Herd and extract value from them, whereas the wise men can see the whole process and act independently of it.
