Summary: Results do not often occur overnight. To effect serious change in your life, you need to realize that the actions you are taking today—the actions you are taking right now—are connected to the results you will experience in the future.
Body: Studies show that people generally view their future selves in discrete, separate terms from their present-self. People have a tendency to say to themselves, "one day, I'm going to be less fat, be better in shape, and have more money;" but they'll spend the day eating cheeseburgers, lounging on the couch, and watching TV.
You need to realize that your life is one continuous motion. The choices you make today will shape your future. While this statement may sound stupidly obvious, I'd then ask you, "what steps have you taken today to achieve your goals?"
A buddy of mine was in the Air Force for several years. If you asked him, he'd tell you that it was his goal to earn his bachelor degree; but every night, he'd come home, watch Big Bang Theory, and play video games. Another guy we know from his flight started taking night courses with their Air Force's community college, then transferred over to take night classes at OU near the base.
This driven bastard ground out his degree, one class at a time, one night at a time. Two guys, both on the same flight, with the same job and the same schedule, and one guy was able to see how his actions yesterday would affect his life today.
My buddy, on the other hand, is 31 and just about to begin his second year of college. The driven guy has a cush gig with Boeing.
The moral of this story is to realize how the actions (or inactions) you take today affect how close you get to your goals tomorrow. If a man desires to be on top of a mountain, it requires him to start climbing.
So what actions have you taken today to achieve your goals?
Lesson Learned:
-
You want to be a faster runner? Then get your ass outside today and start running.
-
You want to lose weight? Then start eating healthy right now. None of this bullshit "I'll begin on Monday" or "I've already eaten a big breakfast, so I might as well continue eating shit today." Before each meal, start asking yourself how this food fits into your 6-week and 6-month goals for yourself.
-
You want to become stronger? Then go find some heavy shit to move around today. Keep moving it around until you're fucking tired, then keep moving it around because you're probably fat and out of shape.
- You want to get better at approaching girls? Then, instead of sheepishly avoiding that cute girl in the coffee shop again, go greet her with a "Hi" and a smile.
Every journey of a thousand miles always begins with the first step.

YES! Tomorrow is to late, I was just about to write this but you beat me to it. I'm now going on the downhill side of my 30s. My life is good, but I skated through it. That means instead of bouncing dozens of women in college I was only ever with a few. Professionally I climbed the ladder slower than I could have. Socially I was an acceptable alternative to sheer-boredom.
I can't turn back the clock, but the last 8 months have been amazing, possible the best in my life. It's nobody's fault but my own. You have to start now!

When I was looking for weight loss quotes to help motivate me when I was just starting I cam across this one .
" Do Something today that your future self will thank you for " .
Even if you do a little each night you'll be able to look back at that starting point and see just how much farther you've traveled and eventually your goal will be in sight . You lose weight 1 lb at a time , you build years of knowledge / experience one day at a time , success is accumulative for most people not instantaneous .

It might not be wise to throw them all out at once, and trying to do so is far more likely to result in burnout. Also, i'm not convinced all of the things listed need to be cut out entirely. Why not moderate alcohol and save it for special events? Why not set a time after which you will never drink coffee, say 10 am? As for masturbation, just do it once or twice a week?

Yeah, take the tampon out of your pussy and harden the fuck up.
Cunts need to realize that stuff, life, careers, relationships, your body, your mind, ANY-FUCKING-THING has no implied right for satisfaction and happiness. There is no reason why anything in this life ought to be or needs to be pleasant, this is why you get phaggots like yourself seeking psychiatric help because doing something hard isn't giving you pleasure when you're the one at fault thinking that way in the first place. Accept that life isn't pleasant and pleasure isn't a given state. It is no right.
You sound like a bitch. Focus on goals and hopefully your smart enough to know how to get there with actions and do them actions... which you are, but don't expect those actions to be pleasurable in the least. Pleasure and satisfaction and some form of happiness will come in the way of meeting goals but fuck, sometimes (read: always) you gotta go through some thick, nasty, disgusting swamp to get to the otherside.

Hi Sir, you can fuck right off.
His attitude and perception of the situation he finds himself in is what defines him a pussy. The needing/wanting it to be pleasurable so he doesn't get demotivated and 'unhappy'.
Seems like you're more of a gay cunt than the original pussy.

10 unknown girls you say Hi. One girl you'll definitely sleep with. I guarantee it, assuming you're not too ugly
