I recently hooked up with an ex, which is never a good idea and this is basically a look into short back-and-forth conversation we had.

She was always really attached and clingy to me which is a big reason why I like to keep her at arms length. She can be pretty suffocating at times and its exhausting. I just wanted some easy sex so I re-built attraction and of course we picked up right where we left off before I started (more-or-less) pushing her away last time. I went to her house, hooked up then continued to maintain communication throughout the week and it was the same annoying shit per usual so I became somewhat aloof while maintaining a good balance.

Then she messages me saying she might be pregnant which I instantly knew she was bluffing for a few reasons. First, she starts off the message off with "not to stress you out or anything because it could be a lot of things but you dont think a condom could have broken, do you?" This is bullshit because if she was worried she was pregnant she would haven't said "Not to worry you." It would have been more like "I have some important shit to tell you so you better start worrying." Secondly, we've had sex 50+ times throughout our relationship with condoms and never had a single pregnancy scare.

I try to play it off and responded saying "I don't think so, but there's no way to be certain"

She goes on to say her period is late and she hasn't been feeling good lately and been getting morning sickness and that shes in serious need of some cuddles.

A few messages later she asks "What if I am, though?"

I respond saying "Then you are? We'll worry about when we get there."

"Ok i'm just worry about it and like to plan out all of the possibilities." Understandable, if this was a real situation at least.

I tell her not to stress herself out and we'll be fine.

She responds with "Thanks for being so good to me"

I say "of course" then send her another message "Just don't fucking play with me"

Her: "What do you mean?"

"I'm just saying don't play with me"

Her: "I wouldn't." then she sends another message "Like be lying to you?"

Me: "Just in general"

she doesn't respond until late afternoon the next day

Her:"I took a blood test today and it came back negative! I'm supposed to go back in a week if things haven't changed."

(A blood test?? Who takes a fucking blood test to figure out if they're pregnant?)

At this point I'm just thinking to myself "How convenient lol" and play into her little bullshit trying to be supportive and she gives me some nonsense about how it could just be a bug or shes caffeine deprived... this dumb girl thinks she can play me like a fool

At this point I'm most likely just gonna cut her off forever cus shes crazy and I'm not gonna put up with this manipulative bullshit

Most girls are psychos when their emotions get riled up and will do whatever it takes to get what they want, sparing no one including their own sanity. Be safe tho
