I wanted to share a few of my TRP wisdom. It's for me to not to forget them, and for you to enjoy. So ,enjoy!

All things women say, are fiction. I'd like to talk about the nature of reality and other bunch of mystical stuff which I really enjoy, but I'm gonna make it short. All women tell about themselves, relationships and men, is fiction. They will say they want a nice, polite gentleman who's filled with love to share. It's fiction. In reality, she'll still get attracted to Chad. If you want to ask "Hey D, what do you mean by fiction?", I'll explain it. It's just like X-Men. In comics and movies, mutants have extraordinary powers. They fly, they control the weather, they regenerate absurdly quick. How? "Because their genes are mutated to make them capable of that" or some bullshit like that. Does it makes sense? In our reality, no, it's so fucking stupid it hurts. In that reality? Yes, it makes sense in that reality. It's not fucking absurd there. So, in women's minds, all that hamstering is not absurd. But in our worlds, it is. If you buy into their hamstering, it's no different than jumping in front of a bullet because "you can heal yourself". So, don't buy into their shit. It's just fiction. To see the reality, we should experience it. The best way. Meditating is better than hamstering.

Chad can say anything. Let's accept that. Chad can act like a borderline weeaboo and he'd still get more ass than a cool Barry. You want to work on your game to optimize your results to pick up pretty much every chick and you think looks doesn't matter because just some PUA marketer faggot told you so? Well, it's on you then. If you stay a Barry you'll get results of a Barry. No matter the quantity. I don't care if you'd fuck hundreds of 4s and 5s. At most you'd be a beta fucks. But when you improve yourself and your SMV, you'd unlock a whole new level on success with women.

It pretty much affects your every relationship on God's green Earth. If you look like an alpha, people would assume you're an alpha. And vice versa. And people will act accordingly. Nobody wants to piss off the alpha wolf and every female wants his genes.

Also, let's assume a classical beta/omega Barry and Chad. Chad has high SMV but he acts like that Barry sometimes. But interestingly, when Barry doesn't communicate with people, he's a loser who can't do that. When Chad doesn't, he's cool and mysterious. When Chad says something awkward, he's quirky and fun. When Barry says the same thing, he's a fucking creep. Chad makes a mediocre joke. Gigglefest. Barry does the same joke. A few pity-laughs. Your external image is extremely important.

Ever since I started lifting, I observe how women and people in general treat me differently. After being a chubster for a long time, change is really big. They're happy to see/meet me. They want me around. They flirt with me. They nearly beg me to make a move. Wow, man. I'm sure having fun. I want to say, it's not all about muscles. To get the muscles, you need to get your shit together. I've dropped much of the bad habits I used to have, and I have my life in order. That affects me psychologically, physically and spiritually. Really, get your shit together.

I know a girl. She's a HB9. As you can expect men are always around her, trying to get some of that good ol' puss. But she told something interesting to me recently. In college, our HB9 attends a class. A dude starts to stare at her. In obvious and non-obvious forms. Her orbiter points it out as she becomes aware of the stare-er. This dude is no joke. He's pulling the creep-stare on our chick. And you know what happens? She said she liked it and now fantasizing about meeting with the guy. Tries to stop herself from contacting him on social media. Tried her best to get with him. What the fuck, right? But if you're fit and handsome enough, you can get away with pretty much anything. In my last TRP Nuggets post, I've mentioned that the factor decides your success with women is your SMV times your game. But still, if you're a 9 or 10, sometimes you don't even need to open your piehole.

Joking is the key to powertalk. Notice how females powertalk all the time. They do it by joking, mostly. They install their frame to their relationships that way. If they're not interested in a man sexually, they make joke about being like siblings with him. If they like the guy, they do jokes about how he is all over her. It's a good technique. It subconsciously convey their message. If they go overboard, they were only joking! Good way to escape responsibility. Use it. Set your frames using humor. When you catch yourself crossing the line and getting her sour face, you can just get away by saying it was a joke. Humor = Power.

What separates a handsome, muscular beta with good style and a handsome, muscular RP man with good style? Their game? But betas can have game also. I think the main difference is their frame and mindset. That's what makes an alpha an alpha. I had a friend. He had all the qualities of an alpha male including game. He was really socially attuned. But he had near 0 alpha frame and mindset. He was somehow naive about relationships. He LTR'd a slut. Thinking she was a virgin. He didn't fuck her, because he didn't want to pop her cherry because that's important for women. He apologized swiftly and oftenly when his GF got cranky about shit. 0 abundance mentality. And goes on. He was the embodiment of game and he often used to put down others to make himself look good. With shit frame and mindset, he didn't get any pussy. He just became the jester of his social circle(s). A tall, muscular, socially savvy and fun BP jester. Don't be like him.
