Say it's a violation of personal freedom. No way the supreme court would let that slide. Hell, you could go to state court and win a multimillion dollar suit and set a precedent for generations to come that says universities can't do shit like this.

I wonder what the punishment is for clearly refusing to provide the information.
Are women being demanded to submit the same sexual history? If so, can they even POSSIBLY recall it all, and if so, will they be mad? If they leave out a ton of past partners, will they face the same treatment as men who also leave it out?
