I imagine the closer you are to the top 25% of high-value men you are, the higher the chance you might catch something. Might even be higher now since the studies are 2 years out of date.
Story I heard from a Navy vet when he was on ship was about a Navy Medical Officer telling the other officers in the wardroom that there was an STD outbreak. I don't know what kind, but the symptoms manifest in females before males and he had to treat several females aboard ship. The other officers then assumed that when the symptoms in the males manifest, he will be treating the same amount. He chuckled and said no, it's just one guy spreading it.
