The White Feather Movement was a controversial and highly symbolic campaign that emerged during World War I. Heard a story of a soldier on leave from the trenches whose uniform was being fumigated for lice and gets handed a white feather by some bitch. He takes out his army paybook and slaps her across the face with it saying she is more lousy by far then him. Dudes name was Ernest Atkins, he smacked the shit out of her and said he'd "happily deliver the feather to the boys at Passchendaele." He was on leave from the trenches following some heinous failed attack that resulted in like 90% casualties. While he should have beaten the shit out of her, he shamed the shit out of her for being the cunt she was.

The BPvirus that has plagued modern man for far too long is slowly dying. Most of mans failure and confusion is rooted in this virus which manifests itself in romantic love and chivalry. The greatest damage and confusion was between 1980 - 2000 based on men simply unaware of this old rules new rules phenomena. 1960 - 1980 was the transition period. The 1950s was the final decade of the old rules world and even then men were in a weakened state.
