Lots of discussion in the comments about why women get tats. And its primarily women getting tats these days. The reason is obvious - its slut signalling.
Consider this thought experiment - there are two 7s at the bar - both are pretty good looking. You are looking to smash. Which one do you buy the drink? The one with the tats. It's obvious. She's signalling that she is sluttier than the girl next to her. Having plenty of visible tats signals that not only is she a slut, she is slut that makes poor choices. So I instantly know that I have a much higher chance of fucking her within the hour, probably raw.
Girls want attention and validation. Being able to signal that you are worthless slut with daddy issues (and therefore easy) will get much much more male attention, in the bar / club game. We're not looking for mrs right, we're looking for mrs right now.
This girls is the exception rather than the rule. She has taken it too far because of self hatred issues.
Women are inherently drawn to alphas, and they have to compete with other women for the attention of those men. "Slutiness" is advertising sexual availability ...to alphas, not to men in general. The message they're sending (to alphas) is "I will have sex with you more easily than the next girl"

My thoughts are that a tattoo on a woman is a symbol of being alpha widowed. In many tribes, women’s tattoos were symbols of beauty that simultaneously ensured they were of no value to neighbouring tribes. So in this modern form these tattoos indicate that this woman is of no value to the housewife group and is part of the whore group.

The fastest way to find this out is simply asking a women the story behind her tattoo. If they’re honest it’s always stemmed from some whores trip, rebellion against her parents (the ones who protected and provided for her), mentally ill self-harm, or an ex boyfriend’s idea.
There’s a reason the crackhead lady yelling at herself down the street has tats. That’s the tribe she’s part of now.
