We all know if a male boss did this when his subordinate went on vacation with her family he'd be investigated for sexual harrassment for retaliation and control
I actively avoid getting female bosses because every single one I had has been dramatic, played obvious favorites, governs subjectively, is inconsistent in leadership, and generally just cannot manage to focus on the job and the job alone
I've got a few friends that have told me in private that they would never again accept a job that was reporting into a female boss. And they are all highly educated, liberal, red pill guys.
