Ok so here's the scenario.
I live with a roommate. This roommate is a chad with an attractive girlfriend. Whenever I walk into the living room and they are watching TV, the girlfriend dosen't look over, but my roommate does. What does this mean? This can't be a good sign right. Does this mean I am a beta male autist?

No....
But the fact that you think it might means you're a beta male autist.
The girl is disrespecting you because she wants full control over the guy.

How does her disrespecting me imply that she wants full control over the guy?

It means you're too hideous to look at. It's all over.
Your roommate likes you, and his girlfriend doesn't.
It's good for him. Why do you care?
A) no such thing as a "beta male". Alpha and beta are traits that are present in all men, rather than absolute states of being.
B) your question means you're an autist.
Seriously. Don't look so much into every little thing. What do you care if she looks in your direction, or dies tomorrow?

I almost hesitated to put that in there, because doofus might not realize it was a joke.
Then I thought, "fuck it".

If someone doesn't meet your eyes when it's culturally-appropriate to do so (shaking hands, being introduced, most one-on-one conversations) it can mean the person is distracted or even shy... once or twice. If it happens all the time it means the person doesn't respect you. (That's not to say that he/she actively disrespects you... you're probably just another NPC in from his/her perspective.)
You can either do something about it (not by demanding respect which can only be earned) by demonstrating that you're a person worthy of respect, or you can decide that the person is just another NPC in your life and not give a crap.
