I have stopped talking to everyone, extremely depressed, no motivation to do anything. Every night, I tell myself that I have to pick up on something and make a career for myself, but the very next day I find myself working towards nothing.
I have been working out for almost a year now, but there aren't many gains. I am still underweight. I can't stay consistent on my diet, I am a loser.
I am trying to become financially independent but I don't have a source of income. Yesterday, I thought I would learn webflow(a website to create web designs) but when I looked at the jobs, it was extremely saturated. I don't know what to do.
I don't know what I am trying to achieve here, I have accepted that I am a loser and don't matter. I live at the place I don't want to live at; I wear clothes, I don't like; My dreams seems impossible to me. I am half a man.
I feel like going away from the world will make everything easy. I have failed my life. If only I could be consistent at things. If only I had good work ethics. If only I hadn't let go of my friends.

You gotta start somewhere and give yourself credit for the little things. Working out will prevent diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and much more. The problem with escapism is that no matter where you go, there you are.
I've given up on the job market and am trying to get into the digital economy. I've already got a leg up on 3rd worlders who will work for peanuts because I have a US bank account, residence, and business. I figure I can sell dildos and anal beads to all the fat HR Karens keeping me out of the work force.

Read a book called Becoming super natural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. It examines how our state of mind manifests the reality we live in. You are likely limiting your growth due to limitations placed by your own perception of reality.
It sounds cooky, but the shit is undeniable. I can walk again and that was never supposed to happen. The doctors explain it as a miracle of will power. You can harness that same energy and get through this.

I can only second that. Dispenza and his mindset in regards to manifestation, letting go, positivity are a game changer. Create a vision board and get your thoughts and emotions on track/ sorted out. I sense a lot of (or rather only) negativity in your post and trust me, I get that. Been there, done that. Lived 30+ years rather pessimistically and thanks to Dispenza I now know that this created a feedback loop in my brain. You wake up and think about negative experiences and your brain links that to negative emotions you felt during said experience. But rather than live in yesterday´s past you can´t change, how about you face tomorrow´s uncertainty head on and envision a beautiful future? Try positive affirmations in the morning and before bed to condition your brain being gratefull for really anything. You will, after consistent training, experience a shift in your perception. Gradually, you will be able to give everything a positive spin. Jim Carrey said "our eyes are not just viewers. they are projectors, running a second story over the picture" and I think it´s fundamentally true, no matter what you think about spirituality and such things.
Cool thing is, all this doesn´t have to collide with RP mindset. You can incorporate aspects of both domains and create synergy.

“This doesn’t have to collide with RP mindset.”
Louder for the people in the back. So many RP neophytes think they have to reject anything metaphysical or mildly spiritual. Nothing could be further from the truth. They compliment each other beautifully.
