One of my current plates is like this. She is a cool chick otherwise, but I've had to double down on this point.
In my case her father is and always has been a monster beta. She and her siblings seem to have always had a dominant relationship with their father, e.g. make fun of him and stuff, with no consequences.
I've never had a girl be hornier than she was after i spanked her ass for 5 minutes straight. That, plus walking out on her once after overtly telling her she has top stop that behaviour, has put her in her place and she now takes it seriously.

When you say walk, you don't mean break up if she doesn't remember? I'm saying she blurts it out but true she isn't really apologetic since I'm playing it aloof instead of "butthurt" which I think I have to avoid anyway. She jokes around and says "well you don't give me anything else to call you"

I generally just treat their sentence with the pet name the same as if it didn't have the pet name at all. Pet names generally have had zero impact on my interactions with girls I see (i.e. I just ignore it essentially)
If it's a pet name that makes me feel like it degrades my frame, I just say I don't really like the name and they stop.
If it's a funny pet name that I otherwise wouldn't like, I let it slide. I once obviously and jokingly called my former LTR "baybeh" spelled wrong like that on a text message and she called me that frequently after that
I would otherwise hate being called "baby" but the way she exaggeratingly pronounced it and spelled it wrong thereafter was an inside joke to us so it was an exception that always gave us a good laugh

It sounds like you think she's referring to you as a dog by using a pet name. Look at what she does, not what she says. Is she treating you like a dog? If so, shut that shit down.

Yes it kind of feels like dog training to me but it might be because of my hypersensitivity to RP indicators. She acts like the most amazing trad-wife in most ways... cooking and cleaning without prompting. Defers to my agency when we make plans, etc. It feels like her natural way of luring me into "relationship" which I can't fault her for. Just not sure I should let her say whatever she wants if it is letting her feel too much ownership.
