It is a nice and noble sounding idea but if they're men who don't bootstrap themselves first, then I'm not planning on putting in effort for them. If a man is deep in the gutter but his genetics are of sufficient quality they will drive him to seek out improvement of his own initiative one way or another. The path to finding the Red Pill is sprinkled throughout the internet despite the censorship. Those who have what it takes to find their way here, despite being in deep shit, will also have what it takes to stand tall and face off against the society. Once they find their way to Morpheus' chair and are offered the Blue Pill and the Red Pill it is up to themselves. It is not our job to drag them to sit in the chair and tell them to swallow the Red Pill.
If such a man finds his way here and chooses to swallow the pill, then I will be more than happy to take a few minutes during breakfast break to offer a helping hand.

Yeah it's a form of outreach. So many guys are on a dark path and that video struck a nerve and they're all there commenting. Even just a few replies or maybe even pointing them to this place might help.
