I slow down, she's still basically laying there dead, later the movie ends, we move to my bed, we're laying together, same shit I escalate and got a dead limp body response. Felt weird.

She says "you should've planned this better" & I'm thinking shes been a limp dead body this whole time idk what you mean.

At this point you should ask if she's too tired to be there.
She already decided not to have sex with you. The limp response is her "hoping he gets the message". Then she gets into it and forgets why she isn't going to have sex with you. Then remembers and bails.
She means that SHE should have planned this better. She's just blaming you randomly for shit that she knows is her fault.
Best case: she's on her period.
Worse case (and sadly most likely): she's interested in someone else and is fading you out.
