But what do you answer to girls saying that they fucked with those guys only for they physiological need of sex. Or to girls saying they USED those guys and didn't want to commit anyway, that they were in control and were only FWB ?

I would say this sounds totally on point. And that girls who say shit like that might be hot, but even if so, are too insufferable to keep around, and saying that shit is a sad cope. Either that, they were aware of a high SMV discrepancy from the onset, or they have some kind of really atypical and rare female personality type.

Rollo questions whether men are the gatekeepers of commitment any more. Maybe 4.5% of the male population can decide who they marry but the rest of the men get whichever woman picks him.
I had a terrible time finding women in the US looking for marriage and kids. Like 99% of them are dating and having serial monogamy until it's too late to have kids and they get booted off the CC.
Slut shaming is actually coming from women. To be labeled a slut by other women is the worst insult a woman can get. It's a way to outgroup a woman from the tribe and reduce competition for top men. I mean think about it, if a girl wants a guy who has a girlfriend... she can slut shame his girlfriend and get them to break up because no man wants a slut.

The issue is not women being sluts - it's men not being slut slayers.
Sluts are man eaters highly attuned to big dick energy. If you lack the experience to handle them - you will have a bad, emasculating time. But it's not her fault for taking dick.
