In a way, yes, but the dynamic is very different. "Alpha" simply means having the qualities that the opposite gender sexually selects for. For women this means beauty + young age. So an "alpha woman" is simply a young and hot woman. It's not about assertiveness, dominance and all the things that make an "alpha man".
