Yes, if she doesn't suggest another date or time then you have better things to do. sometimes when you ignore them after they show low interest, they will reach out and try to get your attention. Only reply if she seems eager to meet, if she's sending out a low effort "hey" you should leave her on read. This will drive her even more crazy and get her to invest more.
Alternatively if she doesn't reach out, it's fine because you didn't waste time trying to game her over text, you spent that valuable time on other women instead.
