I think of it more like hypnosis.
can see some uses for that. One rather cant go trought life with that, as that would cost too much energy in daily relationship but could be a good starter.
dont think of it as replacement for improvement but part of it. There's nothing organic to our game when we're born.
The tools we learn in life can always be used in a bad way but that is not a reason not to learn them and use in better ways.
And considering methods from this books are even semi effective they could be used to override pathological episodes in others lives.

Hypnosis is cringey and creepy, unless someone wants to be hypnotized. What is way better is to work on being hypnotic. Learn to speak with a rich hypnotic tone and cadence. Use poetic tempo. Use rich descriptive language and mesmerizing storytelling.
Being a hypnotic personality is a life skill. It makes men want to follow you and women want to fuck you. When you speak like an autist, you shut people out, but when you speak like a rapper or poet, it triggers something in people that draws them in and wraps them around your words.
You don't need a formal structure like iambic pentameter or didactic hexameter. Just mastering your own lilting cadence will do wonders, even in text messages or online posts. Learn to speak and write in a way that can hold a group's attention and interest and it will affect every area of your life and every relationship positively.
Its fine to use NLP and rapport building techniques to make connections with people, but you have to use them authentically. Otherwise, when people finally realize that you're disingenuous, they will peg you as a scumbag and a sleeze.

Yes. It's Richard Bandler's neuro-linguistic programming. They came down hard on that shit and called it pseudoscience and all kinds of nasty names. It works really well. The modern day version of it is basically just shit test methods and escalation. You basically create a positive emotional state in a woman(through play/shit tests) and then make her associate that with physical contact and arousal.
