I'm in Melbourne, Australia and the vaccines are going to be mandatory for me to work come October 15th.

I would prefer not to get the vaccines if I can so I can see more data, however, it seems like I'm going to have to get the AstraZeneca (don't really trust mRNA tech right now). Was wondering what your thoughts on this are?

I was thinking of asking my boss to just take around 3 months leave since I do have around 200 hours of excess hours worked.

If you have to get a shot, dont get mRNA. The only one I would get if they told me "get it or I will shot you" would be the Sinopharm vaccine. Anything other than that is not good

It's a matter of time bro, unvaxxed are going to get steamrolled. I still haven't taken the shot, but I know ultimately it's going to come down to it. Seems like every month, new orders for more to get vaxxed. Right now they're pushing for 90% in the US. It'll just keep going until it hits 100.

Here are the main differences between mRNA and viral vector cov19 vaccines:

Viral vector(jannsen, AZ) use a modified adenovirus to take over cellular machinery and manufacture spike protein. They last a shorter period of time because your antibodies will eventually kill off the virus. mRNA use encapsulated packets of messenger RNA to hijack cellular machinery to manufacture spike protein. They can keep doing this for months.

What are the potential problems with these besides immediate adverse death conditions?

Clots, microclots, and related permanent damage to capillary networks in the heart, lungs, and brain (your kidneys can heal). Microclot induced pulmonary hypertension can leave you with a life expectancy of 3 years.
Direct damage to heart tissue, inflammation, calcification and damage to multiple heart layers. Myocarditis can leave you with a life expectancy of 5 years.
Compromised immune system (think AIDS with a different T-Cell affected), annihilation of CD8 killer T cells for some period of time.
All sorts of other random ass shit from hearing loss to dead breastfeeding babies.

What are the facts? Very little because little has been studied.

Canadian doc reports microclots (D-Dimer) in 62% of vaccine recipients
Idaho medical lab reports 20x increase in endometrial cancers and a host of other bizarre infections due to loss of CD8 T cells.
Other docs reporting bizarre levels of heart problems and clot problems
CDC data indicates vaccine is 174 times more deadly than covid for males age 12-17.
Data indicates problems are worse after the booster

How the fuck does this happen?

No one seems to understand the T-cell shit except to say that the vaccines behave as a serious immuno-compromising toxin
When spike protein manufacturing occurs in the blood vessels, it causes them to express in your blood vessels. Blood vessels are supposed to be very smooth, as platelets touch unsmooth surfaces they immediately clot, especially in small capillaries. Thick partially microclotted blood can kill parts of your organs, notably your heart, lungs, and brain.
The vaccine is supposed to stay in the muscle, but it doesn't, some portion of the vectors and spike proteins are migrating, which is not how it is designed to work.
Some docs believe the immediate deaths are caused when the injection hits close to a blood vessel in the muscle.
When tissue expresses spike proteins, the body attacks it. This is the cause of all the myocarditis.
When mice are injected with the vaccine intravenously they die of myopericarditis and heart calcification. The vaccines are LETHAL if injected directly into the bloodstream.
No one seems to understand how much vector or spike protein is migrating, but these seem to be the cause of all the clot and inflammation based side effects.
No one seems to understand how long any of these effects last, but it only takes a few weeks of no CD8 cells to get cancers to take hold, and it only takes a few weeks of filling your blood with microclots to experience a permanent decrease in heart, lung, and brain function.
The vaccines don't even seem to work very long, and data increasingly supports the case that vaccinated infections are the most serious. One study also indicated that vaccinated infections often include asymptomatic viral loads that are 200x higher than an unvaccinated infected person, potentially making the vaccinated into temporary asymptomatic super-super-super-spreaders.

Given what I do and don't know about the clot shot, I would probably take it if someone paid me $1,000,000. I would take the viral vector shot. I would load up on antivirals before taking the shot including ivermectin which inhibits adenovirus' capacity to gain entry to cells. I would immediately inject the injection site with 3 cc of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to kill as much of it as I could and then go to an ER and ask them to put me in a hyperbaric chamber for H2O2 poisoning and watch the injection site for necrosis.

California just mandated vaccines for all schoolchildren 16+. Boys are going to start dropping like flies. They can only keep this shit under wraps for so long before normies wake up. I doubt they can keep it up another year. Until then, scrape by, work under the table, start a fucking crime syndicate, do whatever you need to do to protect yourself and your health. You only get one life. When all this shit gets exposed to the light of day, heads will roll.

I don't even oppose all covid vaccines. Novavax sounds quite promising.

What I oppose most emphatically is the "Noble Lie" being pushed by government and censorship campaigns that all information that may increase cov19 vaccine hesitancy must be suppressed. What we are left with is a bunch of missing data and a bunch of unknowns, and absolutely zero confidence that these vaccines work well don't have significant adverse affects.

What seems likely from the mass of data points being thrown out on the web is that vaccines which cause the body to manufacture spike protein have a huge potential range of serious adverse effects including shit like cancer that wouldn't necessarily be detected and linked for some time, especially without anyone studying it. We sure as fuck can't trust the government or media to give us the truth. Is this guy some kind of Chinese agent trying to kill us all? So the question that's left is do I put this shit in my kids, and the answer is fuck no, not until I have more trustworthy data.

It also is clear that the vaccines don't stop infection or transmission and that they only block symptoms, but this appears to occur only for a few months. Once the inoculation wears off, the recipient appears to be at increased susceptibility for infection consistent with Antibody Dependent Enhancement, and these infections appear more sever than infections among those not inoculated. There have been huge waves of covid following mass inoculations which can be observed in the data for many countries.

In addition, I'm disgusted with the CDC for pushing ventilators as treatment. It was surprising to many doctors because typically ventilation for viral respiratory infections leads to pneumonia and death 80% of the time. Internal emails show that the CDC chose the deadly treatment not to help patients, but because they believed intubation would help contain the spread of the virus in hospitals, at the expense of killing most of the people who went into the hospital.

And just when my trust in media and government could not be lower, the Australian NSW premier, busy creating a hell-on-earth dystopia, steps down for taking bribes from Pfizer.

--FYI I'm MS in engineering from an ivy league school, I come from a medical family of many doctors and nurses, and 1 pharmacist and I've spent 12 years working in state government healthcare, 5 in public health

I agree that the government is most likely suppressing data that could increase vaccine hesitancy. However I also think that many other people might be spreading misinformation that would increase vaccine hesitancy, just to get attention. Therefore, I mostly rely on the data I can observe from my immediate surroundings, and on my biological knowledge.

The way the adenoviral and RNA vaccines work is very similar to an infection by a virus. DNA or RNA gets injected into cells, with genes that code for more viruses, or, in the case of the covid vaccines, spike proteins. I would therefore expect the body to have a similar immune response to these vaccines as it would have to most viral infections. Dr. Cole presents some interesting results about changes in the distribution of different types of immune cells following vaccination (I think he is referring to the Pfizer vaccine, but I'm not sure). It would be interesting to see if similar changes are typically found following an infection with a virus. This is something I will probably look into. He further goes on to explain that with the new distribution of immune cell types, the immune system is less likely to detect and kill cancer cells. This is a very important but unsurprising result, as one would expect that our immune system has evolved to protect itself from whatever is the most imminent danger. If there is a viral infection, the immune system should direct most of its resources towards fighting that, which may come at an expense in patrolling for cancer cells. Following his results, one could speculate that for people at risk of cancer (for example people that have previously had cancer, or with a family history of cancer) getting a vaccine that contains protein antigens instead of relying on our mucles cells to make antigens (like Novavax) may be a good idea. I wonder if there's data on whether the immune system's response to a vaccine containing protein antigens affects its ability to detect cancer cells.

I know many people that have been sick with covid (in the dozens, if I include friends of friends) and they say it was terrible. Some of them complain that even long after "recovering" from the disease the still suffer from symptoms like shortness of breath. And I know many more people that have received a vaccine (mostly Moderna and Pfizer, but I also know people that have gotten Johnson, Sinovac, Astrazeneca and Sputnik (I have family from 2 different countries and I live in a 3rd country)). However I do not know a single person who has been vaccinated and later contracted covid. I also do not know any people that had noticeable adverse effects after getting vaccinated, apart from having fever and feeling a bit sick the next couple days. Unlike the government and the media, these personal observations I can trust and they clearly indicate that I should get vaccinated, especially because I like to go out and meet people and hate wearing a mask, and am therefore likely to get exposed to covid. I'm planning to get a booster soon because, as you said, studies indicate that immunity wanes after a few months.

Of course, to anyone reading this, I am just another random dude on the internet, so you will probably trust this reasoning about as much as you might trust info coming from other sources, which is fine.

--BTW congrats on your MS in engineering, though I suppose this has been a while ago given that you've been working for at least 12+5 years!

I understand the science and have good relations with several doctors. My whole family is vaccinated except for the 6yr old. I purposely disobey the mask mandates, don't wipe my equipment down at the gym, take off my mask in therapy, etc. The mandates are just a reflection of how women run society in the interest of their feelings. It makes them feel safe to make everyone wear masks, get vaccinated, not travel, not have camp fires, not have guns, etc. I spoke to the school psychiatrist and he said they constantly have Karens reporting them for mask or distancing violations at the middle school. At the elementary they don't give a shit and the kids all play together.

Seriously, I asked my Dr for a mask exemption and he said only if my face is deformed... yet anyone can get a vaccine exemption for religious reasons. The stupidity is beyond belief. Anyway, every time I see another bro not wearing a mask we just look at each other and know what's up.

I studied and work in molecular biology and have a lot of experience with DNA, RNA, proteins, etc. I have looked at the ingredients in the vaccines and have also checked the sequence of the mRNA they use. It looks completely safe. Everyone at my work is vaccinated (around 300 people, and we didn't even need a vaccine mandate for this to happen) and nobody got harmed. You may get a fever, but this is just your immune system building up immunity.

You might be interested in the commentary of Dr. Robert Malone the pioneer of mRNA vaccine tech. He has been publicly maligned and largely deplatformed for speaking out about these vaccines. Over the last year, tech powers have even tried to write him out of history as the inventor of mrna vaccine technology. https://www.rwmalonemd.com/mrna-vaccine-inventor. Initially, Dr. Malone took the vaccine, but has since become an outspoken critic, and been the at the receiving end a media attack because of his criticism. Oops, I was writing my response and didn't reload the page in the meantime so I didn't see your 2nd question. mRNA is very unstable and will completely degrade in a day or 2. I'm not sure how quickly the other ingredients in the Pfizer vaccine degrade/leave the body. If you're concerned about the vaccine ingredients staying in your body, I suggest taking the AstraZeneca, as it mostly contains stuff that is already present in your blood, like sugar and magnesium. The viruses that deliver the DNA to your cells will get destroyed and eaten by your immune cells within a few days.

What about AstraZeneca? I was planning on getting that vaccine since they used similar therapy methods during the Ebola outbreak in 2013 and there's better long-term data showing. Is this true or am I just scaring myself for no reason.

AstraZeneca and Johnson both work by injecting engineered viruses into your muscles. These viruses then inject DNA into a few cells in your arm. Normally, natural viruses inject DNA into cells with instructions to produce more viruses. These engineered viruses however inject DNA with instructions for the cells to produce covid spike proteins instead. The cells don't produce the entire covid virus, just the spike protein, which is a tiny part on the surface of the covid virus. The cells secrete these spike proteins and your immune system can recognize these as foreign material. Your immune system then launches an attack on these spike proteins, and thereby developes antibodies that specifically target and "inactivate" these spike proteins (these spike proteins alone are harmless, so it doesn't really make sense to say that the antibodies inactivate them, but that's what our immune system "thinks" it's doing). If later an actual covid virus enters your body, these same antibodies can target the spike proteins on the surface of the virus and inactivate it (here it does make sense to talk about inactivation as the virus becomes unable to infect and gets destroyed).

Let's get back to how your muscle cells make the spike proteins. The cells first "transcribe" the DNA to mRNA. mRNA is very similar to DNA, it stores instructions the same way, but it has a slight chemical modification that makes it much less stable. Ribosomes in the cells then read the instructions on the mRNA to make the spike proteins. Ribosomes are only able to read mRNA (god knows why...), and this is why the cells first convert the DNA to mRNA. By the way, this is how all your genes in your genome get expressed.

mRNA vaccines skip the DNA step. Instead, mRNA is injected into your muscles, along with some chemicals that help it enter into your cells more easily. You may have heard that mRNA vaccines need to be stored at temperatures much lower than AstraZeneca and Johnson. This is because mRNA is much less stable than the DNA.

After carefully looking at the ingredients in the brands that were available to me at the time (Pfizer and Moderna, this was in March), I personally chose to take the 2-shot Moderna vaccine. But Pfizer looks completely safe too and if I hadn't had a choice, I would have been fine to take that one too. Looking at the ingredients in AstraZeneca, I can't find anything scary (it's mostly just stuff that you naturally have in your blood anyway), so if you feel more comfortable with that brand, go ahead and get that one.

Moderna doses get shipped out from the manufacturer in a ready-to-use form. The nurses administering the vaccine can simply thaw it and inject it in arms.

Pfizer gets shipped out as a concentrate. Nurses must first thaw it, then dilute it with water, and then inject it in arms. Some of the ingredients in the vaccine concentrate are very viscous (especially polyethylene glycol, sometimes abbreviated as PEG) and, having worked with such compounds myself, I know it takes a looooot of mixing until it properly mixes with water. I was concerned that the nurses preparing the vaccine doses, given that they were probably very overwhelmed at the time with the huge demand, might be in a hurry and not properly mix it, thereby risking that I don't get a full dose because the active ingredient is still stuck at the bottom of the flask.
