TL;DR
Chicken good. Chicken help gains. Not much time in week. Simple recipe save time!
Grab a pack of chicken breasts, throw them in a baking tray. Sprinkle over seasoning of your choice. No oil needed. Throw in oven (Gas Mark 5 | 190C | 375F) for 40 minutes. Take cooked chicken and put in containers, store in fridge. Throughout the week use chicken in wraps / meals. Enjoy.
Body:
These days almost every post I see is dedicated to the eternal struggle with women, relationship drama's or profound existential conundrums. Today i am going to mix things up a bit with a simple post about a chicken.
Like many of you reprobates, i am a busy man. Balancing a job, workouts, hobbies, interests, family, looking at myself in the mirror and being a social hyena is all very challenging in this day and age. So any ways i find for cutting down on wasted time are a true blessing. Here is one such tip that has served me greatly when prepping meals for the week.
This is a very simple recipe for perfectly cooked chicken, almost no wasted calories and requires minimal prep/cleanup. You can throw the cooked chicken into containers and keep it in the fridge throughout the week. Then you can easily throw it into meals, snacks, wraps etc. Bonus tip is to cut the chicken into pre-weighed amounts (i stick with 100g chunks), to make calorie counting even quicker.
The seasoning
The brilliance of this recipe is that you can make up whatever seasoning combinations you can find in your cupboard on the day. Always fun to experiment. My usual go-to is paprika, salt, pepper & rosemary.
You don't need any oil for this, it really doesn't need it.
The Recipe
- Get yourself a pack of chicken breasts, any will do.
- Optional step: Throw chicken onto chopping board and cut off the messy bits.
- Throw chicken into baking tray.
- Sprinkle over seasoning of your choice.
- Throw in oven (Gas Mark 5 | 190C | 375F) for 40 minutes.
- Take out of oven.
- Admire biceps.
- Throw into containers.
- Throw containers into fridge,
Enjoy. Now get back to the gym.

This was good recipe. I only did step 7 over and over again but it was still good.

Long time supporter of the baking multiple chicken breasts with different seasonings. Easy to do, easy to clean.
For bonus points do other foods at the same temp but figure out the times you need. For example chicken should take longer so google chicken at 425 and figure out how long you need to bake broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato, whatever. You can make a few easy and healthy meals with minimal effort. No excuses.

The way through women's heart is through their stomach. Bitches love eating as much as they love fucking, man.

Username checks out. You have good taste in breast. Thanks
In all seriousness,
This post is much deeper than it might seem.
CaptainDaddy37 5y ago
Olive oil spray the breasts before seasoning. Very little oil major flavor enhancer.

I prefer butter but both improve the taste with little added calories

Knowing how to cook is neither alpha or beta; it's a skill, no more, no less. Being alpha or beta comes from how you live your life and how you present yourself, not from what you learned to do. If you can cook (by which, I mean complete dinners, rather than scrambled eggs or grilled cheese sandwiches), great! Leverage the hell out of it! If you don't, learn how, because cooking at home is a lot heather than anything you can get from take-out. In the meantime, don't worry about it. Being able to say "I don't know" with nonchalant confidence is just as alpha as being able to say "I can do this".
That said, even though cooking at home (other than grilling) is traditionally women's role, one nice thing about the liberal 2020 mindset, is that a man who cooks is respected, rather than looked down upon for being effeminate. Just don't use cooking to show women how "progressive" you are; that's Blue Pill thinking. Use cooking to eat healthy.

So now we get cooking advices on trp wtf ?
EdwardHoverhands 5y ago
How about using a slow cooker? Put in chicken, pour cream of mushroom soup over it, then add whatever seasonings your heart desires. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours. Done and done!
Oh, and use chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts. They're more flavorful, they're rich in iron and other micro-nutrients (breasts are high in protein, but not much else), and they cost less too. Use bone-in ones for extra flavor.

I don’t care if some idiots here will think this is beta, guys should know how to cook food. It’s a useful skill and I love making myself a nice steak.
jizzledfreq 5y ago
Chopping chicken into bite sized pieces , and sprinkling some seasoning on it is hardly knowing how to cook food.
Now searing your chicken off, getting that crispy golden goodness on it... maybe making a teriyaki sauce (Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Fresh garlic, Fresh Ginger). THATS COOKING.
Both simple dishes, yet the Chicken Teryaki is probably a lot better than... bland... dry... roasted chicken, with a few basic seasonings on it.
BasedAndRedPilled_ 5y ago
I like my chicken bland, I just throw some seasoning, salt, and olive oil in the over and I have a good meal.
mikrodizels 5y ago
Even in this forum, I don't think anyone has said cooking is beta lol
Last week, I meal-prepped 10 of these bad boys, (500g ground beef , 250g of rice, 400g beans, 1 can of corn + everything else measured by eye ).
I just keep them in the freezer, thaw them in the fridge 1 day before eating, and I ALWAYS have one ready to eat in case I get busy, all they needs is 10 mins in the microwave. I eat something between the burritos so I don't get sick of them, but they last forever
rdaneeloliv4w 5y ago
Exactly. I find it both humorous and pathetic when people try to chastise men who can cook, clean, sew, etc. like there's something wrong with taking care of and feeding yourself well. I was brought up with the mindset that, man or woman, being independent meant knowing how to do those things so you aren't a burden to yourself or anyone else.
I cook fairly well and made some awesome food and dessert to share with everyone at work a few years ago. A beta coworker of mine was green with envy and tried to make me look foolish by saying "Why do you cook? Can't you get a girl to do it?"
I replied: "They do, but I don't need them to. Sorry you don't know what either scenario is like." People laughed, and he looked both sexist and ridiculous.
Fast forward a few years later, and by sheer chance I'm in an LTR with his long-time crush / unicorn. As it so happens, she loves my cooking - and my cock. The best part? She's also a great cook.
look_up_there 5y ago
It's absolutely not beta. Majority of chefs I've worked with in the past are solid leaders. Psychopaths yes, but they are alpha for sure.
And a lot of girls get wet when watching a man who knows what he's doing in the kitchen.
BasilevsNihili 5y ago
Saying someone is beta for having a useful skill (survival even) is stupid. Keyboard alphas.
rdaneeloliv4w 5y ago
I love that term: "Keyboard Alphas"
Andgelyo 5y ago
What? Cooking food is masculine as fuck dawg. I would argue that any man who doesn’t know how to cook a pan seared steak or grill burgers and hot dogs hasn’t hit puberty yet. Imo women love men who can cook.
BasedAndRedPilled_ 5y ago
Trust me, I make a damned good steak. I’ve just had some loser beta boys make fun of me for that. But as they say, “the lion gives no thought to the opinions of sheep.”
Andgelyo 5y ago
Lmao I bet those guys are stuck in oneitis and are absolutely terrible with women
555WeWolf 5y ago
Funny thing is girls today mostly have no idea how to cook, so if you want to eat healthy and for gains you are left on your own
DullIntroduction 5y ago
Cooking is seen by feminists as a sign of submission, thus in their thinking, not being able to cook is empowering.
When my mother, or grandmother, cooks, she does it because she loves her family and wants to share that love. She puts love and effort into something that makes us live longer. Typical case of awful patriarchal oppression.
555WeWolf 5y ago
And at the end of the day to whom is that actually beneficial? To the very women who thought it will be "empowering" to not have a specific skill that is necessary for your survival? (a little exaggerated of course)
I swear to god half the time i just feel like laughing at this stuff.

Hjalmbere 5y ago
Not only do they not know how to cook. They brag about it online.
BasedAndRedPilled_ 5y ago
True, but you can always train them.
BitchesBrew_MF 5y ago
Why the fuck would I train a girl to do it when I can just learn myself? Also it’s points for you if you’re able to give bitches the food feelz.
I’ll have them help me out in the kitchen which means I tell them what to do and lead, and that also makes them tingle.
BasedAndRedPilled_ 5y ago
I know how to cook, but one of the Laws of Power is never do for yourself what others can do for you. Maybe you can teach her in the kitchen, lead her to make good food. “Accidentally” spill something on your shirt then take it off. Go from there.
Korrangar 5y ago
You CANNOT change people. If a girl can barely cook pasta at 25 she is a lost cause. If she is a beginner and willing to learn you can do something. But it's most likely that she'll be either a good cook or the typical can't-do-shit-myself-because-others-will-do-it-for-me
EdwardHoverhands 5y ago
This sounds contradictory. I thought self-reliance was one of the Red Pill tenets. Then why get other people to do things for you? If a woman cooks for you on a date or to impress you, that's one thing. But everyday meals should be something you provide for yourself.
555WeWolf 5y ago
Like with almost everything in life, its not a good idea to take anything for granted and say "that's the way it should always be done". You both laid down valid points, yes it is powerful having someone to do these things for you and at the same it is powerful to be self-reliant so you don't have a need to rely on anyone and have your shit together.
So it just comes down to what you think will be more beneficial to you. I personally find it more beneficial for me to know how to cook so i can keep my diet good and healthy instead of wasting time trying to learn some bitch how to cook a portion of rice without burning it.
Fm661 5y ago
The point here has been missed, the point is to not be reliant which you’re not. If you already know how to cook but can get someone to do it for you then it works out nicely. You’re not reliant because if that then goes away it’s not an issue because you know how to cook. It is only an issue if that cooking goes away and then you can’t cook for yourself.

People here need someone to tell them how to put chicken in the oven now?
Bonistocrat 5y ago
You can also poach them for 10 minutes and add various flavourings to the water. I often use dark soy sauce, black vinegar, pepper, bay leaves etc, basically anything a bit salty or aromatic.
throwawaypain345 5y ago
I am doing that but on a frying pan. day in day out. breaking records in the gym. might be kid stuff to you guys but to me it's a farcry from what i was able to do originally...

Chicken breast can contain a lot of estrogen. If the breast looks absolutely massive, odds are it’s not gonna be super healthy in the long run.

What source of protein do you recommend then?

Potatoes are the perfect food though. 1 minute on high in a 1,000 watt microwave for every 40 grams of potato.
boofXANAXeveryday 5y ago
I like to buy about 10lbs at once, season them all in bulk and then individually vacuum seal and freeze them. That way I can just put them in my sous vide for about 2 hours and they are always perfectly cooked with pretty much 2 minutes of preparation time since the sous vide doesn't need to be supervised during cooking
Edit: This is also great because you can turn on your sous vide and set the timer before going to the gym, and when you get home from the gym you will have perfectly cooked chicken waiting for you. Even if something happens and you get home later the chicken won't be overcooked
BFirebird101 5y ago
Cooking is not beta at all if you’re alpha
