Otherwise, one warning.

Concern Trolling
Since we're getting more and more users every day, the signal to noise ratio is bound to decline by at least a little bit. Because of this, we have decided that one such dampener to signal is concern trolling. From this point forward, we will delete any post that attempts to "steer" the subreddit or complains about the direction of content.
If for some reason you're not happy with the quality of posts here, I encourage you to upvote good material, downvote bad material, and submit your own high-quality material.
The updated rules were posted TWO days ago. Pay attention, and don't do it again. That goes for everyone.
Edit: Apparently some people can't take a hint. I just banned an EC member, and will continue to do so until you understand how serious we are. Contact us via modmail with your concerns, or keep them to yourselves. While we are willing to discuss the direction of the sub, in private, as of now this rule stands - so any comments made in this thread will be removed.

Signal to noise is a legitimate concern however I agree that discussion about subreddit strategy and maintaining content quality and other such things should be done in private with the mods and not publicised. I had a legitimate concern with the direction of the subreddit a long time back and me and redpillschool resolved it amicably through personal messaging where we bounced some ideas back and forth.
There was no need for a public fucking shitfest - that is not conducive or beneficial to any parties involved. Not the mods, not the newbies neither the more advanced people such as the ECs who turn up to get their daily dose of RP material and keep on the path to building/internalising an alpha frame.
Publicising your concerns about the management of the subreddit only derails the subreddit further, if you guys ignored criticism or suggestions then it would perhaps be a problem, however in my experience that has not been the case and thus there is no concrete line of reasoning behind such a proposition and thus no reason to scream and shout out in public in hopes of getting your attention. If it's your attention that's needed, a simple personal message should suffice. It's for this reason I back the banning of such discourse in public 1000%, as in and of itself is decreases the signal, no matter how ironic that is - it what it is.
We want quality content filling up the sub, not internet politics, whether the internet politics has any validity in nature or not is irrelevant, it reduces the signal.
When it comes to concern, on a more broader note and not just in the context of subreddit politics, I'd like to refer you all to a topic I posted on the concept awhile back and how it links to machiavellianism:

There's no reason not to have an open discussion about this stuff. Whether you personally consider such discussions to be "fucking shitfests" is quite moot, IMHO.

Yes there is and it's already been stated why. Ignorance won't get you far.
