Now I’m not going to say it’s easy for everyone or all women won’t shit test you into oblivion but picking up women shouldn’t be difficult. I’ve had no difficulties whatsoever after lifting and maintaining frame and I can always find another girl. I have a few rules I live by that have never let me down:

  1. She’s flawed in some way: whether you can see it or not that girl you’re fantasizing about nailing on the counter in the bar or at the desk at work has some flaws. She knows it and it’s your job to find them. Once you do you’ll have an easier time gaming her and things will flow more naturally.

  2. Frame is essential but if lost can be made up for: I’ve had moments recently where I just wasn’t on my game. For example, I ate an edible and went out for drinks, I was ripped and could barely form a sentence. Didn’t matter whatever I said to the bartender worked and she got my number from someone I know that frequents the spot.

  3. Be mysterious and don’t do all the talking: don’t act like you’re giddy as fuck to talk to a girl it’s not going to turn her on. Sit there, sip your beer and act nonchalant. Respond by being coy and kind of an asshole. If you lift and have frame once this technique is mastered pulling women is like shooting crabs in a bucket.

  4. Don’t text her too much once you get those digits: I cannot stress this one enough. Text mode=hamster opportunities. She texts you...you wait an hour maybe two to get back. If she texts you again within that time she’s hamstering hard and is thinking about you. If not you need to step your game up.

  5. Don’t be a pussy just fucking escalate: this one separates the men from the boys. Once she laughs at your shitty jokes or starts giving you body language indicating her interest go for the gold. Don’t waste time.

This is an ever evolving game but these principles will give you a leg up.
