So, you've discovered The Red Pill. You've absorbed its message. You now have a solid understanding of how men and women interact. You may not like it, but you accept it. You accept that you've been lied to all your life and that everything you thought you knew was dead wrong.
Kinda makes you wonder what else you're being lied to about, doesn't it?
The Red Pill, as we know it, is just one of a number of red pills you can take. The true nature of women and how they interact with men is only one of the things you've been lied to about your whole life.
A big part of TRP is self improvement. And a big part of self improvement is knowledge. The more you know about the world around you, the better you can navigate it.
Most people go through life oblivious to most truths, men and women. Like TRP, they are almost always bitter and hard to swallow. Nobody likes having their word view shattered.
But if you're courageous enough to seek the truth and strong enough to accept it, you'll see the world through a clearer lens, giving you a distinct advantage over most other people.
I'm going to list a couple of the other red pills I've swallowed to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. I'd love to hear about truths other than TRP that you've learned about.
The Big Bearded Chad In The Sky
I was raised Catholic, like many of my friends in Boston. My mother was very religious and insisted we go to church every Sunday. My dad didn't seem to be nearly as into it as my mom, but being the BP guy that he was, went along with everything she said.
I hated church. It sucked. That was time I could've been home whacking off or playing Super Nintendo. But it wasn't just church. I also had to go to CCD every week. CCD was like Sunday School for Catholics. Like church, CCD sucked.
I had Catholicism and Christianity shoved down my throat hard as a kid. But, by the time I was in my mid teens, I was questioning things. The more I explored Christianity, the less it made sense.
By the time I was 20, I'd read the bible several times, learned about the history of Christianity, and knew much more about Christianity than 99% of the Christians in this country. At that point, I knew it was bullshit. All of it. But I needed to believe in something more, so I looked elsewhere.
All throughout my 20's, I studied and practiced a variety of faiths. Buddhism and Taoism were my favorites but, like all the other religions, they didn't really make sense and didn't have any real evidence to support them. I studied Islam, Confucianism, Mormonism, Scientology, Voodoo, Hoodoo, Jainism, Santeria, Wicca, and about 10 other traditions. After exploring each of them, one by one, I accepted that they were total bullshit, completely made up.
I wanted to believe. I did. I really did. I wanted to believe in some sort of higher power, some sort of intelligence looking down and making sure everybody played by the rules. A being that would welcome me into an everlasting paradise after I was dead. I wanted to believe so badly.
But I had to accept reality. There isn't a single shred of evidence for any religion. The only evidence is people saying, “Yeah, it true, bro.” Other than that, nothing. So, I started studying atheism, reading books like The God Delusion. That was the first religious text that made any sense to me.
It took me until my mid-to-late 20's to swallow the red pill about religion. Most people who were raised to be religious as kids never learn and/or accept that it's all made up. I consider myself somewhat lucky to have been strong enough to accept it. It wasn't easy and it took a long time, but I couldn't lie to myself any longer.
Drugs Are Bad, M'Kay?
The War On Drugs (WOD) has destroyed more lives than the holocaust and the crusades. But it's well-intentioned, isn't it? Isn't it all about trying to help people? Doesn't the WOD save lives?
No, no, and no. The WOD is one of the world's issues I'm most passionate about. It's one of the greatest atrocities of all time. The DEA doesn't need to exist. Neither do half of our government agencies, but that's a whole different red pill.
Prohibition doesn't work. This is a fact. It didn't work for alcohol and is hasn't been working for drugs. The CIA and DEA use the WOD to play games with other countries with very destructive consequences. Politicians use the WOD to further their careers. The DOJ and for-profit prison system (another red pill right there) use the WOD to keep the prisons packed with non-violent (predominantly black) drug offenders. Oh and criminals, from the street dealer all the way up to drug kingpins, use the WOD to make shit loads of money.
And the best part? All of these different organizations help each other keep the bullshit WOD alive and thriving. What's that you say? The WOD isn't working? Well, we better throw more money at it then! Harsher penalties! More law enforcement! Raise those taxes (another red pill – that's the last one I'll point out but they're literally fucking everywhere)!
Sound like some conspiracy nonsense? I wish it was, but it's not. I've researched the shit out of the WOD and it hurts the very people it claims to help, while using billions of dollars of taxpayer money to fund needless agencies. Don't believe me? Do the research yourself. But don't just look for information that supports your current opinion. Always look for evidence to the contrary.
Conclusion
These are just two examples, but there have been dozens of red pills that I've swallowed, most of them since I've been in my 30's or late 20's at the earliest. And I know that these examples, especially religion, may be controversial. I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to insult anyone, shit on their religion, or judge anyone else. I'm just explaining my experience and the obvious truth that was staring me in the face my entire life but didn't have the courage to accept.
We're being lied to all the time. All the fucking time. Cynicism is often considered a negative trait, but I think it's one of the most useful qualities you can develop – one of two, actually. Skepticism and cynicism.
Being skeptical mean to question whether or not something is true. Always question things. “Is this too good to be true?” “Is this consist with my observations?” “Is there evidence to support it?”
And cynicism means to question someone's motives. Always question people's motives. Are they trying to sell you something? If yes, be extremely skeptical. “Why is she doing this?” “What do you stand to gain by asking me for this?” “What do you really want?”
The more you understand about the world around you, the better. The more information you have, the better you're able to make decisions. It may not always be pretty, but at least it's fucking real.
Take care and be well!

Regarding religion I think it is best to accept ignorance. The human mind is riddled with logical fallacies and delusions of all types. Nothing you have ever thought has been absolutely correct. And this statement itself is not absolutely correct. The arguments made for religions and athiesm alike are all laughable. The biggest red pill the swallow is that there is no red pill. The truth that you now cling onto that has once broken your reality is itself just a thought with no place in exsistance. Because human thought itself functions according to it's own rules that do not perfectly align with reality. It's easy to follow the implications of the system one finds in their own mind. Self assertion contains no principal of corrective contradiction.
theselfmadealpha 8y ago
I completely agree with everything you just said, however... You can't go around saying all that whenever someone asks what religion you are lol. I usually tell people I'm an atheist because it's easy for them to understand. But, in the truest sense of the word, I'm agnostic. I haven't the slightly fucking clue whether or not god exists and neither does anybody else. But the one thing I do know is that there doesn't seem to be the slightest bit of evidence to suggest that there is any kind of god, especially a god of mercy or intervention. Maybe a creator god. Maybe a 14-year-old kid in a different reality who needed something to do between jack off sessions so he created our world on his Commodore 64. You know, you're right. Ignorance is the way to go.
Constatine7 8y ago
Lol, yeah people really hate when you tell them you are agnostic. People like being sure about things. It makes their world comfortable and predictable. When I've said I'm agnostic to atheists and religious people alike the response is usually "make up your mind".

Red pills on government and rights:
You never signed the "social contract";
Money taken from you under coercion is theft, thus taxation is theft;
The state does not exist to help or protect you, it exists to protect the state, anything you may recieve are just means to keep you blue pill on this;
The government is a racket of people trying to live at the expenses of the productive members of society;
The USA was designed to be the smaller government on earth and is now the biggest one;
Social security is the largest ponzi scheme in history;
redisthetruth 8y ago
"The government is a racket of people trying to live at the expenses of the productive members of society;"
I'm mostly against government, but I'm quite sure absolute anarchy would be a disaster. There are some good people in governmental agencies who want to serve the public. Shit would hit the fan if there weren't police, firefighters, paramedics, VA (even though it's a mess), EPA, consumer protection, etc.
Not everyone working in the government is parasitic. Some of them are actually passionate about the work they do (even if it might be delusional) and they want to help people.
With that said, I'm all for cutting out unnecessary layers of bureaucracy. And finding ways to move more towards diplomacy and soft power instead of nuclear bombs and $800 billion per annum on military-industrial complex.

theselfmadealpha 8y ago
Awesome! Every one of those are absolutely true.

Ok, so you're angry about government corruption? What are you proposing we do about it? Be angry?
Also, it just struck me that probably 95% of the population never even thinks about this shit, especially the early 20s crowd im associated with. So Im now patting myself on the back right now for having a high iq

Funny how that always seems to mean "I'm too lazy so I'mma cry about it instead of working to make the world into what I'd like to see."

I'm not angry about it anymore. I accept it. And I'm not proposing anyone do anything.

There is a lot of inequality in the world, and a lot of injustice. There is also a lot of opporitunity. So focus on opporitunities, and fuck all of this bullshit.
One opporitunity you could take is the opporitunity to fix one of these issues in the world if you really care enough about it. Sure, everyone should be aware about these political issues, but if you're not willing to take any action, your opinion is useless.

Nice opinion. Prove it. Or don't.
NeedMyMorningCovfefe 8y ago
My favourite redpill is how most of the media is a propaganda outlet for the deepstate and Donald Trump is the first president since Kennedy to try and go against the deep state, hence why nearly all the media prior to his candidature loved Trump and since his campaign they absolutely hate his guts.
Most peoples opinions come from what they are told to feel by the mainstream media.
Constatine7 8y ago
Lol true. Even many of Trump's proponents don't realize how successful he has been as president because of the media.
VoxVirilis 8y ago
What institution, more than any other, lied to you the most during your formative years?
It wasn't your church, your parents, your culture, or your mass media.
It was your school.
Once you encounter the work of John Taylor Gatto, you come to realize that the foundational lies at the heart of the compulsory government school system are arguably the most nefarious. Those lies set the stage for you to be taken in by all the other lies peddled by the Vatican or Hollywood.

Exactly. In fact, if anyone thinks about the pantheon for any amont of time, they should readily see that is is an anthropomorphisized taxinomical representation of the forces at work in universe. It was a proto-scientific attempt to understand where things come from and why.
For example, take Zues and his two brothers, Hades and Posieden. Most people may not realize it but, Zues was the youngest of the brothers. It was not common in Europe and the near middle east of that time for the youngest to be king while the older brothers were still in the picture. So, why was Zues king? Because that was the nature of the universe given what Zues represented.
Posieden had to be the oldest becuase he represented archaic life, i.e., the seas. He was the force from which all life emerged. Once life has arisen, death is soon to follow so Hades was necessarily born after and he is the second of the brothers. However, once you have life and death, you will inevitably have the struggle between the two. That will give rise to the desire and subsequent intent to live. That is Zues, the "spark" of the will and intelligence of life to struggle. That spark and struggle is the dominant aspect of the earth, which is the kingdom of the Gods and its will combat all into submission to sustain itself. that is why Zues is the king. He through force and politics subjugated all the gods of lifel including Hades by giving/sequestering him to a definitive time and place into a cohesive body that could effectively hold off the powers of the greater gods; Time (which will see the destruction of all things unless you learn to build through successive generations); Uranus (Choas and all the threat of the unknown) and their sibling gods.
And that is also why the Pantheon was to be a mirror for the organization of an effectiv and enduring society.
miserablesisyphus 8y ago
I would add this: religion is a representation of the world that bridges the gap of our shortcomings intellectually and physically.
For example, let's consider the use of language. The words we use symbolize something that exists so that we can construct alternate realities. The fact that you are able to read this means that you are using these words to create in a sense an independent universe that doesn't actually exist. To expand, imagine a "basketball". The basketball you are imagining isn't real. It may be based on an actual basketball that exists in the material world, but you construction or perception of that basketball is not the same as the actual basketball. Language bridges the world of action with the world of thought.
Religion on the other hand, bridges the subjective nature of reality with the objective nature of reality. Our meaning in the universe must be brought into focus (like a telescope or pair of binoculars) or else you find nihilism--I think this is the only philosophical conclusion you can end with unless there is a "leap of faith" and I think Camus himself commits philosophical suicide with sisyphus but that's a whole different post. Religion bridges the gap between our psychological need for meaning and our conscious realization of our ultimate mortality and seemingly useless purpose in the universe. Where religion has faltered is that instead of acting out religion, people think-out religion. E.G. Imagine we acted as though our actions are meaningful and have the ability to change the world vs thinking about that--there is two different outcomes.

Don't know my odds on this but do you know any good sources to learn mathematics from? Im currently self educating myself but Im not sure if im going end up giving myself the oven people's understanding of maths.
Glitsh 8y ago
I would encourage Khanacedemy.org for learning math. It has a good source for online practice too.
xenigala 8y ago
Stanford online course: "How to Learn Math"
You can read non-technical popular books like "Beyond Infinity" or "How to Lie with Statistics" and get an idea of topics you would like to explore more. Then get a hold of introductory level textbooks. Check reviews and make sure you are getting quality books, there is a huge variation in quality. Read a chapter and do the practice problems, this is the fun part.
FirstNamesMusic 8y ago
Best of luck dude, math is a freaking amazing subject. If I can learn enough to be an engineer, I know you can.

This is by design. Their purpose has never been to actually teach their flock. It's been to keep the flock inside civilization instead of wandering the woods collecting berries and fucking whatever they can grab.
However, this is how you know we are on the rocketsled to fux0rvlle. Western civilization and everything that copied it was build on submission to the Sky Fairy and in turn to the divine right of the crown, prince, pastor, et al. Now that the Sky Fairy has been shot out of the sky and nothing put into place, people are starting to wander into the forests. This will only accelerate.
Enjoy the decline.
Chaddeus_Rex 8y ago
The purpose of christianity was to give a lowly carpenter power (Jesus was by all accounts, an astute follower of the 48 laws of power). He claimed to disagree with the Jewish Torah and instead made his own religion that professed to "free the slaves" and reward them in the afterlife for being lazy and weak gaining him alot of support amongst slaves and roman proles. He ironically made the slaves even greater slaves, they were just too stupid to figure it out.

I heard in a documentary that whatever language (Hebrew I'm guessing) the Bible was originally in they used a term that meant "period of time" but it got translated to days instead which is where the "7 days" comes from so I believe you'd be right in what you said.
[deleted] 8y ago

Chaddeus_Rex 8y ago
Can you talk about this more? Which inconvenient gospels where purged? It also seems to me that the entire point of the creation of Christianity by Jesus was so that he could gain power and raise his status from that of a lowly carpenter. Christianity is merely an altered form of judiasm bc jesus christ 'didnt agree' with the jewish central tenants. The RP of christianity is that it was created to give a man and his close allies power and was adopted by Roman era proles and slaves by giving them myths of a better life after they die but instead making them even greater slaves.
IwannaFocus 8y ago
It's not like Addidassu Akhbar believes either. Majority of them 'pretend' to believe and readily throw out what is not needed - kinda like women in that regard?
They'll eat pork meat and drink alcohol if they so desire, only if nobody else is watching, or the people around them are "safe" - as in don't give a fuck. Plenty of muslims these days don't know 1/10th of quran. I actually remember a muslim guy on this sub arguing that he was a muslim despite the fact that he broke several taboo rules.
It's not like religion is not competent. It's been serving it's purpose for the last millenniums because it could justify why kings were in power, why that other guy was the bad guy, why wearing ninja outfit is beneficial to the public. It's a V1 of the brainwashing that is propaganda. People are inherently in need of someone telling them what to do. It's why you see these kids go "What should I do now?" or "I need a career, help me find one" on AskTRP.

Islam is V3. Surely they would figure out a way to make it work better than first two that is Judaism and Christianity.
TheStumblingWolf 8y ago
Religion is control. A successful religion is self propagating. Even more so if its followers question nothing.
So yes it is better, for those in power.
SKRedPill 8y ago
Threat of hell and punishment is literally the most common thing in that religion. That's why it works.
ThrowsSharksAtBirds 8y ago
Don't forget social pressure. If you're born into religious family and start acting different, you become the nail that stands out. And doesn't need to be strict religious life style. Generally Muslim parents or people who have either family/friend relation will feel awkward and embarrassed having to explain to their environment that they are not like 'you' or worse, try to educate you.
Captain_Save_A_Hoe_ 8y ago
Yes but depending on the religion. If you worship a Semite religion when you are Chinese or Finno Ugric then that particular religion serves you no purpose. When a religion is based on your roots (Taoism/Finnish Shamanism) then it is anything but propaganda and only adds value to your life.
cocaine_face Senior Endorsed 8y ago
I don’t agree with your premise, but Christianity is far more of a Greco-Roman religion than anything else. While Christianity likely originated from Jewish origins, by the 2nd or 3rd century CE it had been entirely coopted by Roman authorities, and was digested primarily by Greek philosophy.
Captain_Save_A_Hoe_ 8y ago
It just proves that Christianity is so alien to European tradition that they had to cloak it in European rituals to make it palatable to Europeans. Otherwise it wouldn't be acceptable.
That's why they plagiarized Plato, Aristotle etc. And twisted their philosophy to suit them

Well it's obvious who hasn't. Nice set of straw men. Jordan Peterson talks about those ideas predating Christianity. If you'd actually read his material, you'd know that he stresses that religions are prone to corruption and have to be updated with current knowledge to stay relevant and useful. Nevertheless, to say there is no wisdom in religious traditions is childish. You're critique of judeo Christian thought is fedora-tipping level at best. Grow the fuck up dude. Ideals are a good thing.
[deleted] 8y ago
[deleted]
tteabag2591 8y ago
Wait so what exactly is your gripe then? Having a basic grasp of myth? The fuck does that mean? If there are ideals or lessons to be learned then it follows that some forms of religion are closer to the truth than others. Granted it could be the case that none of the current versions of religions are complete yet.

That’s not controversial, the JQ, racial differences in intelligence, Holocaust Revisionism, slave morality. Now those are controversial, one whiff of them and even the most unbiased will react as emotionally as any woman, so tainted by PC culture are they.
Red Pill means a very different thing in the metapolitical world.
__ROOSTER__ 8y ago
RedPill used to mean iso much more here. The last year or two this place has basically become just another PUA joint. sad.
I doubt very much the new crowd understand how far the RedPill trip goes.
Even famous old school PUAs have ended up ethnic nationalist and have great appreciation for a proper church place in society (while not needing to believe in god)
VisionsofGandhi1 8y ago
Why would it be blue pill to be against slavery?
[deleted] 8y ago
I believe slave morality is a reference to the way our society worships the victim now, rather than strength. This can be said to be a “slave morality” because it is a moral system that you might see adopted by an oppressed population rather than a free and vigorous population. It’s not really referring to a person’s feelings towards the institution of slavery.
Captain_Save_A_Hoe_ 8y ago
Anybody who actually understands politics and is not a cuck does not view those questions as controversial.
[deleted] 8y ago
True, but you say that as if there are many who actually understand politics. As for the amount of cucks in modern society, this fine sub is a testament to their number, and the need to oppose them in all facets of living.
Anything that is not steeped in mediocrity is an enemy of the modern leftist, so naturally, male sexual strategies that actually work are for the block.

DIET. The USDA lied to everyone to profit agricultiral industries because of lobbying. Saturated fat is good for you, grains are terrible, dietary cholesterol is not harmful, vegetable oils are responsible for many problems. Calories do not make you fat: obesity is a sickness caused by insulin resistance. Also there's chemicals in the water that make the frogs gay. (Wasn't joking about diet)
Constatine7 8y ago
Dude...99 percent of people don't even know what cholesterol is. They think of it as goopy clogy goo. And when someone says sugar is bad for you then they have no idea what sugar is. Go actually learn physiology people instead of going to your random fad blogs.

Please do not listen to this fucking retard. Kid is 18, has 0 sex drive, eats an all meat diet, and wants to eat testicles because he thinks it'll give him testosterone.
throwaway-chemist 8y ago
He's still right. Pick up some basic nutritional biochemistry or 5 min of googling if you have doubts.
demshter 8y ago
Except he's wrong you mongoloid. Scientists and nutrition foundations don't just randomly believe that saturated fat is bad because the all powerful sugar industry said so 50 years ago! And the tiny animal agg industries were powerless to do anything, and would never ever do anything immoral to twist data and boost sales, would they, you naive little moron? and dietary cholesterol does increase serum cholesterol, retards like you only believe the contrary because dietary cholesterol barely, if at all, raises cholesterol on someone who already has high cholesterol from a diet high in Sfat and cholesterol. Again with the simple minds being fooled by crafty researchers. Grains are fine, we've been eating them for 10000 years, more than enough time to develop evolutionary adaptations. Vegetable oils are bad I agree. Calories obviously make you fat. The fact that anyone would even debate this is mind boggling.
Constatine7 8y ago
Instead of reaching for authority can you please provide evidence and then counter evidence to your own claim because all the information is there on pubmed.

(delicacy in Japan apparently). Not a crazy notion: plants like celery and some mushrooms have androgens. You can eat your grains and but I'll take the higher testosterone from my diet rich in fats, vitamins, minerals and cholesterol and my easily maintained 9-10%BF.
demshter 8y ago
You are one astonishingly stupid individual.
arthurabyssal 8y ago
You spend time obsessing over Star Wars, you call oriental people "chinks", you think soy products are good for you. I am actually covinced you're a troll and you have no place in this sub.
arthurabyssal 8y ago
And you call everyone a 'retard' and bash people for voting Trump. So what you would have preferred Hillary? Insane.
arthurabyssal 8y ago
Reasons? You're just bashing me instead of what I say with no basis and no arguments.
demshter 8y ago
??? You're the one who put forward a bunch of huge claims with 0 evidence to back them up, typical retarded keto inbred. Now before you post it like the spastic you are, because i know you will, this has already been exposed as fraudulent and misleading, using some pretty elaborate methods to manipulate the results. Who would've thought that this scumbag, who is directly funded by the meat industry, would formulate a result in favour of the meat industry! It's almost as if he knows that dumb, gullible absolute morons like you exist and are easy money. And no, I don't obsess over star wars im just a normal fan, the fact that you actually bothered to say that shows how desperately you're clutching for straws. I do hate the chinese, as should anyone if they did their research. Everyone's so scared to be labelled racist. And whole soy products in moderation have been scientifically proven to have a range of health benefits. this guy sums it up pretty well. And unlike you, I can actually get hard and dont cum before ive even entered (LMFAO). Pathetic cuck. Why would you not delete a post history as painfully as embarrassing as yours. But then again we've already established you're remarkably dumb.
arthurabyssal 8y ago
Again. Cholesterol and fat have no association with heart disease. Humans evolved to eat meat (we have a stomach PH of 1-3 and are adapted to persistence hunting). Soy is estrogenic. You're racist
demshter 8y ago
Oh look, you posted zero sources once again. What a surprise. We definitely evolved to tolerate meat, to extract calories, vitamins and minerals from it, but we havent evolved to thrive on it necessarily, especially exclusively. Our stomachs actually have ph closer to 4-5 when its digesting food, much more important than fasting ph. Our colons are long, sacculated. Typical carnivorous animals and even most omnivorous have short, smooth colons. Our small intestine is around 10 times our body length. Typical carnivores have intestines 3-6 times their body length, typical omnivore 4-6, typical herbivore 10-12. There are other similarities too, between humans and herbivores, such as stomach capacity, teeth shape and function, and urine concentration. I'm not trying to argue that humans are natural herbivores, but we 100% without a doubt are not carnivores, the fact that you even entertain this idea for a mere second is so laughably pathetic, let alone the fact that you actually adhere to it. The evidence is overwhelmingly against you, in the studies of mortality and morbidity, the studies of physiology, and also the study of evolutionary anthropology. Why are you so dumb? Get your test levels checked, low t levels are also associated with impaired cognitive function in males, as well as your other hilariously embarrassing issues. Pathetic cuck.
PsychedelicDentist 8y ago
If you want to know the Truth behind religion then there are two ways
One is through years and thousands of hours of meditation
The other is through the use of psychedelics - take some DMT and you'll realise you know nothing
pootaboo 8y ago
DMT is the red pill to a lot more than religion. Can’t agree more with you!
YetisInAtlanta 8y ago
Amen. If it wasn’t for my experimenting with psychedelics, I know I wouldn’t be nearly as strong of mind as I am today. I owe a lot of lessons and truth learned to my drug use. Probably why they never want the general population thinking it’s ok to trip balls
r4nd01 8y ago
when i opened this thread i really hoped someone would mention DMT...
Funny enough, when i was heavy into psychedelics back in the early 2000's, DMT was way more rare than it is now (the first published simple extraction for the layman appeared in 2006) and we used to call it......"The Red Pill"!!!!
DMT is a mind fuck, to say the least, and very difficult to integrate into the rest of your life. Contrary to what one might assume, though, my continued use of DMT is what actually led me away from hippie bullshit and toward a more rational way of thinking.
theselfmadealpha 8y ago
Meditation and DMT are both great. But they don't provide me with evidence for god or religion.
PsychedelicDentist 8y ago
Depends what you mean by "god"
I think religion was meant to be a method to help those alter their state of consciousness - but has in the modern day sense it has almost completely lost this. Religion is a methodology, to say there is no evidence for it does not make much sense; but to say there is no evidence for the literal claims they make, then you are absolutely correct
Out of curiosity have you tried DMT before?
theselfmadealpha 8y ago
I've tried it all... almost. I haven't done DMT too many times, plan on doing it again at some point, but probably not soon. I only like to trip every once in a great while and at certain points in my life. Right now I'm too focused on a few goals I'm working on and am not in the right headspace. I like to trip during times of transition, times when I have important decisions to make. Tryptamines really help me think creatively, seeing and feeling things I normally wouldn't.

It costs anywhere between 30,000, to over 100,000+. Now imagine the money they'd be saving to keeping non violent drug offenders out. Now also imagine if the government stepped in to regulate drugs, and take the business out of the hands of criminals. Not only would this make billions, but it could also create thousands of jobs. But of course, this probably won't happen anytime soon, and the government wouldn't take on this kind of responsibility. If you can't defeat it, you should at least take control of it.

Idk about Columbus but you can't believe what your teachers tell you in school. The modern school system is very anti Columbus but everyone is the hero of their own story. Who tells the story writes history.
[deleted] 8y ago
Columbus did discover America. He is the one that sailed to the new world, realized where he was, and returned to tell Europe to tell what he found. How is this not discovery? The vast vast majority of natives died from accidental transmission of diseases they had no immunity to, not genocide. Natives transmitted the previously unknown disease syphilis to the Europe. Would you say that they did this on purpose, or was it just an accidental transmission between two previously uncontacted populations?

At a minimum, this post should be flaired "off-topic". This sub isn't for politics, philosophy, religion, etc. There is not, and cannot be, a "red-pill perspective" on these topics. They are way too complex to reduce to a couple paragraph post, and have their own subs for discussion. Worse, it dilutes the purpose of this sub.
Telling people to be skeptical of what they're told is great self-improvement advice. Just don't go around offering positive theories on subjects that deserve their own sub.
theselfmadealpha 8y ago
The point isn't to discuss any particular truth. The point is that you can only benefit from questioning things. That's all. I know I didn't talk about banging chicks in this post and that's pretty much the only reason why many are here. But to be an informed, rational, self-actualized man is to be RP and you need to learn to question things.
GodOfDinosaurs 8y ago
Then the post should just say that. Instead, you offer a theory on religion and a theory on drugs. Are we supposed to discuss/challenge that or just accept it as fact? What I’m saying is there are other subs for discussion on those topics. If your advice is be skeptical, that’s well and good. Going in depth about anything else is misplaced.

the red pill used to lead to all of these subjects, just not in the childish way the OP sees them

If Intersexual relations can be succinctly explained, so can religion.
Constatine7 8y ago
Why? You have no reasoning here. You can replace "intersectional relations" and "religion" here with anything and your statement will make as.much sense as it does now.
GodOfDinosaurs 8y ago
This sub dedicates the entire sidebar plus numerous other resources to explaining intersex relations. And that's only one perspective on the issue. The philosophy of religion is an expansive topic, and doesn't really fit into the mission of this sub.
