Just this morning I was reading about the latest firing of a coach amid sexual harassment allegations, Arizona State's Rich Rodriguez.
The article on ESPN is here: article
A couple of major things that absolutely floored me in this situation. First of all, the university decided that the allegations were unfounded but fired him anyway (and via email I might add - not even the courtesy of a phone call after being a high ranking person at a major university).
Secondly, the person accusing him refused to participate in any investigations and was unwilling to provide any proof - but was still seeking 7.5 million dollars in her lawsuit. When you dig deeper you realize that the coach and his assistant were having an affair and she saw it as a way to cash in. No proof provided, yet still expected a payout.
Gentlemen, we are in an era where you are guilty before proven innocent and even if you are innocent it doesn't even matter any more. This is just another glaring example. Now, this guy was really stupid for shitting where he eats but who knows if the assistant had this planned from the very beginning of the affair.
So what's the lesson to learn? Withdraw any and all attention or unnecessary interaction from females in your work place. The way things are leaning right now in universities and businesses in North America it is far too easy to have this weapon used against you by a woman and even if you're not guilty - and not a shred of evidence is provided - then you can still be fired and reviled in the media.
When no proof is required to be convicted of a crime, best to not even have any association with potentially committing it.

If he stuck his dick in, he somewhat deserves it.
If he didn't stick his dick in, then I feel sorry for him.

All women lie about sexual assault unless due process reveals otherwise.
It isn't rape unless the judge says you're guilty.

The only time a woman is not lying about rape is when they immediately tell their family and go to an emergency room to get cleaned up.
If you are legitimately, brutally raped while not being drugged, there is literally no excuse to not getting the DNA of the offender and filing charges.

I agree, the legal system cannot function properly unless actual victims step forward immediately instead of waiting 20 years.
I always scratch my head at feminists who claim they want justice but don't actually try to get it legitimately, in a criminal court case.
And even when they do file charges immediately, it's still good to be skeptical of anything a woman says.
See the recent movie about Thurgood Marshall. Lying ass bitch.

What if there were legal protection, reimbursement for damages, and punishment for accusation from slander and defamation of character, provided there is circumstantial or weak evidence to the contrary?
Oh wait, that would level the playing field for males. We can’t have that, now, can we.

The university hired a law firm to investigate the allegations and the accuser refused to cooperate with the investigation and did not turn over any communications that could be used to support her claims. But the university claims that they “became aware of information, both before and during the investigation, which caused it to be concerned with the direction and climate of the football program.”
We can only speculate as to what exactly that means. Interestingly, he was fired without cause and thus he will get paid the full buyout for his contract. If the university did find evidence of actual misconduct, they could have fired him with cause and attempt to avoid paying the buyout ($6.28 million).
Who knows exactly why they did it? Maybe it was just because they didn’t like the bad PR of having a man accused of sexual harassment as the head coach. Maybe they simply thought they could get someone better (he went 7-6, 3-9 and 7-6 over the past few seasons). Maybe they really did discover some things that weren’t misconduct but still made them concerned. Finally, they may have reason to believe there was misconduct but it was cheaper to just pay the buyout than to fight a lawsuit in court.

If you are even moderately successful you have record any interaction you have with a woman up to and including sex because they will always believe her word over yours!

I have a hard time feeling sorry for a guy who breaks rule #1: don't shit where you eat. And in the US, in any high position, assume there are gold-diggers out there and trust no one. Get proof of consent, document everything, and lawyer up. There's a good chance this guy could sue for false termination.

Personally, I think the U.S. legal system is fucked; there is a huge lawsuit culture that exists there which doesn't make sense to the rest of the world.

SJWism is a judge's only way of looking like "a man of the people."
Judges don't care about men because politicians don't care about men because men don't care about men.
