Hello fellow Red Pillers,
I usually am a lurker on this sub, since I usually have no stories or articles of interest to post, but I have one now.
Today, my professor for my Probability and Statistics class called me in to a meeting with him about a data collection and analysis group project I had done. I figured it was regarding the grade reduction for it, since he had previously contacted me about other team members’ participation in the project (me and one other guy did all the work, and the professor told us to let him know if anyone didn’t contribute, so we told him about the rest of the members of the team). True to my belief, he began questioning me about it, which I gave him truthful answers for (I wrote the whole proposal for the project, me and the other guy did all the data collection, wrote a report for it, and produced a display poster for it). The other two members of the team, who were women, were basically unreachable throughout the entire project. Always at work, doing other class work, etc. You know, the stereotypical lazy teammate/coworker/however you want to relate to it. He told me he would not be reducing the grade of the two women, however. I was bewildered. Me and my friend put a lot of work into it, with only minimal help from the other members (one girl only came with us to collect data once, and the other one helped with the poster a bit but that was it). I asked him why he would do that, and claimed it was unfair.
This is where I began to recognize the Red Pill mantra of “a woman will do anything to save her own ass” creeping in. My professor then claimed that the girl who went with us to do data collection one time had told him that we were talking about uncomfortable subjects while doing the collection and being sexually “harassive” to her. Since she didn’t feel comfortable around us, she didn’t have to participate, but was given the same grade. I was enraged. This was total bullshit. While we were collecting data and she was with us, we were talking amongst ourselves more than engaging her. She got assigned to our group randomly, so we didn’t really know her, and the guy I was with was one of my friends from my major. We were talking about some parties and debauchery that we had seen over the years, sometimes, granted. Hilarious stories of being drunk, parties, some old friends, etc., but we said NOTHING about any women, especially her, during the duration of the session. We made efforts to include her in the conversation sometimes since we didn’t want her to be left out, but we never once harassed her or said anything about her. She was quiet the whole time even when we tried to talk to her about things such as sports, or get to know her a bit better. We couldn’t judge if she was comfortable or not since sometimes she actually would talk and sound normal, but sometimes she would say little to nothing.
It’s pretty clear to see from this that she made something up to cover her ass. No one can prove anything that was said while we were doing our project, so the word of women is believed above all. My professor also said he is required to report this to the Title IX division at our school, which could be bad if she is to be believed, even if it is both me and my friends’ word against hers (usually doesn’t matter, because the law shelters women and tears down men). If something becomes of this, I could lose a lot. I attend a top tier university for civil engineering, have a 3.7 GPA, and a lot of scholarships. I also have had relevant work experience and internships in construction and am on the path to a good career.
Just watch what you say, fellas. In this case, what started the drama was her refusing to contribute to a project, and getting scared when we took advantage of the teacher offering to lower the grade if anyone who didn’t help, which is fair.

If you can't win with your buddy against two strangers who don't know each other it's you who played your cards wrong. I understand your anger but you should give credit to the girl for outsmarting you instead of being butthurt. People, in general, will always cover their own ass, no matter what!
ArdAtak 5y ago
There's 2 of you and 1 of her. Not saying this will save you. But it's better than if there was just 1 of you and 1 of her. You'd really be done then.
Kyogata 5y ago
The lesson here is not to talk about that shit while women are around. They don't like it, and will use it against you if their back is against the wall. Be polite, funny, pay attention to them, be positive and optimistic, and just get on with the work. Talking about getting drunk and fooling around is juvenile to most women and they won't be impressed. That's why she stayed silent.
sric2838 5y ago
They could have remained silent the entire time and still have been accused of harassment. Like he said, it's their word against hers, and she'll already win.
RaYnDaWg1123 5y ago
It’s ironic that she didn’t mention this until about 2 months after we were done collecting the data. She simply did it because she was probably on the verge of failing the class (never came to class) if she would have gotten her grade reduced, and the professor probably would have asked her why she didn’t contribute if she got a failing grade among our peer poll, which she did.
TheDevilsAdvokaat 5y ago
This is what I thought too. In general, it is good advice not to talk about stuff like that while women are around; but as you say even if they said nothing women could still claim they did and be given the benefit of the doubt.
RaYnDaWg1123 5y ago
In other words I’m saying she most likely said this to get her grade up

You still failed to follow the 11th commandment: not give others a chance to take advantage of you. This is usually paired with the 12th: take advantage of others when they give you a chance to be abused. Your female co-worker followed the 12th to the letter.
In today's environment the best strategy when forced to socialize with co-workers is to talk about neutral non sexual topics. If you can take advantage of it even virtue signal a little: pay gap and transgender bathrooms and Orange man bad.

The backlash is starting. Wall Street has new rules for the #me too era. Cautions "No more dinners with female colleagues. Don’t sit next to them on flights. Book hotel rooms on different floors. Avoid one-on-one meetings. In fact, as a wealth adviser put it, just hiring a woman these days is “an unknown risk.” What if she took something he said the wrong way?"Link to the article https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-12-03/a-wall-street-rule-for-the-metoo-era-avoid-women-at-all-cost?srnd=premium
Imperator_Red 5y ago
Nope.
They're still gonna get theirs. They control the country. They are the majority of voters. We need to face the reality of the oppression that we live under, not delude ourselves with fantasies that some inevitable backlash is coming. This is only the beginning.
Also if you read the rest of that article it does not in any way take our side. The conclusion is that we're just being paranoid.
SuperCrazy07 5y ago
You seem young and delusional. Right now it sucks for professional men. Yet, many of my friends and I have discussed not hiring women when possible due to the potentially negative ramifications.
One of my closest friends runs a division of a big tech company. He has 100% males working for him. I asked, how do you get away with that...his location (not HQ) is small, <100, and only overall statistics are reported.
Yeah, right now it's tough. But there is only so much lying BS that can go on before the pendulum swings the other way.
PS - Bloomberg is a pretty leftist org, so for them to acknowledge the problem is telling.
Whitified 5y ago
And do you really think there will be no backlash against the backlash?
This is oppression. Stop deluding yourselves. Acknowledging you are a slave is the first step towards any sort of change.
Imperator_Red 5y ago
I don't know your age, but you are definitely delusional. I'm not sure how all these people with their anecdotes are getting away with not hiring women, but for any sizable company you will get hit with a discrimination suit if they even get a whiff of it. Your friend probably gets away with it because there are so few women in tech to begin with.

Whitified 5y ago
You can get away with not hiring women, for now. But all it takes is one quota or law passed and you're back to being screwed.
Only men, in his infinite ego, can convince himself he can outsmart the State; while labeling others "young and delusional" for pointing out feminist oppression! It's AMOG-ing, and it's one of the many reasons feminism keeps winning.

CareerBeta 5y ago
There are a lot of really fucking autistic comments here gentlemen.
It is NOT going to help your career prospects to be butthurt about the women around you taking advantage of their gender.
Being distant is a bad strategy.
Being resentful is a bad strategy.
Being butthurt is an AWFUL strategy.
If you hope to have a successful professional career, you're going to have to change your mentality, big time. I'm a decade out of college, and I've worked as a contractor with hundreds of corporations and foundations. The current understanding in the corporate world is that men are divided into two camps: "good" men and misogynists. Hard skills like engineering ability will make up less than 25% of your professional success in the real world. Soft skills like "teamwork" are going to be WAY more important. Teamwork is a fancy way of saying, "how good are you at managing how other people feel about you?"
You got worked here brother. She could sense that you were annoyed with her lack of contribution, so she complained before you could, knowing that claiming "harrasment" would elevate her complaint over yours. You made it worse by complaining about her.
Amused mastery always. "Wow, that's really surprising that she felt uncomfortable. We were trying our best to include her. I wish I had a better understanding of what her specific concerns were." Feelz over Realz doesn't only apply to getting women into your bed. If a woman you're on a project with thinks you're a jerk, that's reality to her. That's going to be reality to a corporate HR team as well.
You're going to have to learn how to appear like an "ally," or your professional aspirations are fucking doomed. If you ever expect to manage a team, expect that there will be women on that team, and expect that you will have to make them feel "valued." You need to push yourself to learn how women's emotional states work, and manipulate them to your advantage. Yes, you will be a wolf in sheep's clothing, but it beats being stuck as a paper pusher for your entire career.
Would it be nice if professional life was a strict meritocracy? Sure it would. But that's not the world we live in. If you don't learn how to play the #girlpower game a bit better, you're going to end up bitter and resentful as fuck in 15 years.
Good luck, man. Hopefully the Title IX shit doesn't go anywhere. School is hard enough without the additional drama.
centaursg 5y ago
Its extremely risky to be in this type of situation. Cover your abs, weigh pros and cons and if women are involved, cons outweigh the pros and you need to virtue signal to cover your ask and never work with them..
NeedingAdvice86 5y ago
Or the Op could actually become more attractive, then the girls would be acting completely different.....
You know see the side bar>>>>>>>>>
NeedingAdvice86 5y ago
This is actually on you....sorry.
When was this data collection episode?
You were on a work assignment and were out talking about debauchery, drinking and likely other shit which you are soft coating to gain approval here.
The lesson here isn't that these girls were not full participants as much as you need to learn that work\job\school is not a fucking drunk bull session with your friends.
You won't go into a business meeting with clients or executives talking about the time you swilled 5 Pabst Blue Ribbons beers and threw up on a girl's sofa...or shit your pants because you had one too many shots of tequila and left your underwear in their dishwasher.
This is work...treat it as such.
There is just a likely a chance that this girl went with you, heard all your oft-color debauchery humor and the rest to which she related to the other girl and they did indeed not want to spend any time working closely with either of the two of you.
Keep professional, professional.
And to fully TRP the script...you might want to shift your focus and use it as a warning sign that if you were hotter\more attractive...these girls would have been dying to meetup\go on data assignments\and likely do some of your work for you...so there is a lesson to learn her but YOU are looking at the wrong one.
Why weren't the girls attracted to you?
RaYnDaWg1123 5y ago
One girl, just for the record. And it’s not like she didn’t join in on the stories. She talked about doing crazy shit with her friends too (in this case, what I remember, a drunken night with her friends in a big city and also a bunch of stories about cowboy shots) and willingly joined the conversation when we were discussing party stories. And that was maybe 1/10 of the conversation over the entire night. A lot was related to our project, to school, to career goals and previous schools the other 2 in the car had gone to, etc. And the thing with trying to attract every girl to you is one part of TRP that I think everyone takes too far. I definitely had my game on, but never went beyond holding frame and being confident. I was never interested in this woman, and never acted as if I was. Neither me nor my friend was. Nothing even mildly suggestive ever passed my lips. This is a red pill example, a story about women exploiting their default victim status. Do you get it?
johnpayne10 5y ago
Haha I have seen this play out in a office. I kid you not...I have seen a female boss delegate her core duties to her subordinates. Oh and she would lose her shit like fifty times a day for no apparent reason. It was like 'her time of the month' permanently.
Women cannot handle responsibilities or take ownership of anything. If you call them out on it, expect a meltdown. The hamster has a pussy pass with legal repercussions for the person with a dick.
ahg1008 5y ago
Welcome to the club. This is nothing. I assure you life will be a 100 time worse once you get a job.
Read 48 Laws of Power. You'll be needing that shit to navigate dangerous victim infested waters for the rest of your life.
BlackTemplar1989 5y ago
Studying computer science. I can relate so much. We don't have many grils, but on two occasions I had group projects with one. If you ask them to do this and that, they will try for 5 mins and if it doesn't work out, they will hand it back to you with "I didn't solve / couldn't understand this."
If you have a business in the IT-field and looking for employees check the women twice or even thrice. A lot of them bumble through their courses like this.
RaYnDaWg1123 5y ago
I absolutely agree with the second part of your statement. It happens in every field. Women don’t have the logical capacities of men, or aren’t necessarily as capable of using them, so they resort to playing the victim to get ahead. A lot don’t know the value of hard work.
Nicolas0631 5y ago
The male equivalent actually do exist even if the name are different.
It is the man that get sex with a woman but doesn't commit, potentially even make her a shild and doesn't provide for his offspring. For one wealthy guy with a harem that provide for all the womens, there thousand of men that don't give a shit or are simply too poor.
This is so common and so terrible that laws make they best to ensure that theses males actually pay for the childs needs anyway with the help of DNA tests to prove it if necessary. The mariage and religions exist for that reason too.
Like many men have no problem to make it with sluts as long as they choose it knowingly and are the one that put the other into their frame, modern women are the same, they have no problem to make it with a don juan, as long as they are the one controlling the relation.
But women and society hate mens that don't take their responsabilities.
warlordchad 5y ago
Man I got you—this is straight fucked up. Just another example of how women use victimhood to gain status.
MedinaPharma 5y ago
You shouldn’t have shown any emotion when the professor told you the deal. In fact, the unequal distribution of labor should have never even been brought up. Your professor is not an idiot. He knows there will be groups where some people slack off and some people do all the work. Your job isn’t to bitch and whine about it, but to use what resources you’ve been given to do your best. Getting upset about something being “unfair” is not a mature reaction. I’d take this as a lesson and move on. Yes, we get it. Women are trash. But her ducking with your day doesn’t make it okay for you to become emotional about it. Emotions are for children and women. Let them have them.
RaYnDaWg1123 5y ago
I did not physically show emotions while meeting with my professor. I kept them to myself, I just described what I felt here in this post. The unequal distribution of labor had to be brought up, however, he submitted a poll to every group asking for the rough percentage of work that everyone did. It was mandatory, and worth 5% of the project grade. If there were any inconsistencies, he would address them, and if the general consensus is that someone didn’t hold up their end of the project, they would receive a lower grade. So it’s not like I went out of my way to tell him this. Sorry, should have clarified in the post.
odin1111 5y ago
I'd prepare your exit strategy. you need to build a portfolio. get together with the guy who did work with you, save all your projects and prepare to look at engineering companies in other non cucked countries
thewrecker8 5y ago
This isn't even about covering their ass really. It's more about them using their vagina to get ahead which is typical of many of them. They didn't want to have to do the work and decided to blame men for their actions. It could happen just as easily in a workplace. Working on a project woman decides to say her coworker is harassing her and the pile of shit falls on the guy. Just like a false rape accusation. Woman accuses man, woman is believed, man gets the shit end of the stick.
Imperator_Red 5y ago
Did anyone honestly think they would stop with the boardroom? Gosh it's almost like feminism is a fascist ideology and the various institutions of our nation have been hijacked into a modern day gestapo.
RaYnDaWg1123 5y ago
It’s almost like... guilty until proven innocent. Brett Kavanugh anyone? Damn I need a beer
SKRedPill 5y ago
And never let them come within 25 feet of you again. Your smartphone recorder is your best friend.
This also reminds me of an experiment where a professor made an entire class fail in a semester by giving them the same grade no matter what. It was meant to show why communism doesn't work.
