Summary: Raise your SMV like you're leveling up in a video game.
Today I'd like to go over raising your SMV. You can meticulously level it up. Think of raising your value like leveling up in a video game. You're raising each tenet of your SMV as if each part is a stat in a role playing game, like Pokemon for instance.
First, looks. This should be a no brainer. For me, personally, I'll consider my fitness stat level maxed out as soon as I have the body of Brad Pitt from Fight Club. You might have different fitness goals, but the message I want to send to you is to follow through. Keep training, and leveling up your body. When you've reached a weight and body fat percentage you like, and are happy enough with your aesthetics to simply maintain, you're at your personal level 100 as far as looks are concerned. Congrats.
Other small things that will aid in leveling up your looks are to brush and floss your teeth, take cold showers, stop using shampoo all the time in your hair, and to shave the neckbeards if you've got them. Onward to the next stat.
Another stat to level up as far as your SMV goes is your status. Now, I suppose this could also fall under the category of money/finances. As for me, I'll consider my finances leveled up to a livable degree once I'm making $100 a day at least. Yeah, I don't come from a very wealthy family so this one is my toughest stat to level up, and the one thats going to take more time than the others.
The fact is, every one of you is likely going to have an area in your SMV that will be the hardest to level up, but in perspective, you probably also have an area that will be a piece of cake to level up.
The last stat to level up of course is game, if you are interested in attracting members of the opposite sex to have sex with and possibly form relationships with. Honestly, you can practice this one any time you want, but I'd recommend getting your shit together first, before even thinking about becoming a master womanizer.
The thing is, once you get your looks stat and status stat levels maxed out to a point you're confident with, it will make your intersections with women go a lot easier for you as you won't have to fake being attractive, as you know you already are attractive.
Now, to level up your game, you're going to have to go out and meet women. Read up on TRP what to expect as far as common behaviors go (shit tests, immaturity akin to teenagers, hypergamy, etc...) and go out and just do it. You can try online dating or the bars, you can use social circle game (my personal favorite) and see what works for you.
Eye contact, holding frame, and teasing, are all important. Pre-selection is a powerful attraction trigger. You must always be escalating or she will label you as an orbiter, something you probably don't want.
I'll consider myself leveled up when I've got a booty call for each day of the week going. However, as far as actually "getting" it with women, I'd say my game is leveled up to the max.
So, to reiterate, go out there and level up your SMV stats! This means, max out your looks, status, and game. Once you've done all that, you'll feel pretty accomplished, won't you?
The Lesson: Max out your SMV so you won't have to worry about it down the road.

The beauty of being a man is you can do a lot to improve your SMV and your age isn't a big factor. The downside...is fucking hard work!

I don't masturbate and very rarely see porn. How can you go hunt if you aren't hungry?
Finances are very important. Not because women like money but mostly because you can buy new clothes, healthy food, pay your gym membership, travel, etc...So keep progressing on your career.
I didn't mentioned approaching because is an aspect I'm still struggling. Most of the approaches I did were warm approaches at night with some alcohol. I never have done a cold approach sober. But I still think approaching is king.

Its a great way to display your SMV. I have a friend who is set for life. They have expensive cars - porsches, audi r8, rs7, million dollar yachts/sailing boats, 3 houses... And he's the only son. He'll soon be leading his fathers company.
But he's fucking terrible with girls, largely because he doesn't meet them and I think he's a bit insecure. His social circle exists ONLY of men. I didn't know he had any money till I asked him to show me around at his dad's factory and we walked into their garage. He had been in my highschool class for 2 years then. He doesn't brag or dress fancy and he doesn't use social media. So I suggested him to take the "douchebag" route and occasionally post pictures on Facebook. I warned him that any girl responding to it would be a golddigger and not worth trusting - but he ensured me he has no plans to marry anyways.
As you can imagine, plenty of low-class whores looking to get into his pants now, as they are getting ready to "settle".

Yes, facebook is a great way to display your SMV. My profile and cover photo were taken by a friend of mine who is good in photography. I also carefully select only my good photos to be posted in my wall. I just don't post emotional crap neither music, stuff like that. I think if you do that it says you spent too much time on facebook and that you don't have a life.
Your friend doesn't know the luck he has. One of my best friends is rich same as yours. He is 33 y.o. and he is short. Since he has been dumped when he was 27 y.o and until now he had been with more than 100 women (it could be a lot more). Women gravitate around him. Is insane! But his best strenght, IMO isn't his money, it's his charisma and interesting personality. Pre-selecion is one of the best tools in a players tool box.

I used a teeth whitening mouth tray. My dentist customized one for my mouth. It worked like a charm and can be re-used. Just go to your dentist and say you want to whitening your teeth.
If you smoke whitening teeth is a big no, your teeth will turn yellow very fast. Don't put your teeth too white, it will seem too artificial therefore not attractive. Find a sweet spot.
I still drink coffee and tea.

Perhaps, but unless you are consciously keeping the staining fluid at the back of your mouth, then no. Even then, some will get around your mouth. Best to just avoid.

Make your target $100 per hour and work up from there. Focus on relentlessly optimizing your productive time. Instead of dabbling for hours, work in intense bursts (30 to 90 minutes), then do something fun and relaxing. Get good at both focus and recovery.

I was one of those guys who would slog away endlessly because I didn't know what else to do with my time. Profitable, but no life beyond working and family... Not a complete Beta-fucking-drone, but leaning that way.

Similar to leangains, no extreme cuts or bulks, genetics, clean diet. I never exceeded 12% bf. 8% now. I was around 62kg - very skelly - when I started at 6ft. I'm about 2 years in now.

I'm not too sure about that. I really dont think women find Kali Muscle's body attractive. It has to be proportional. I can imagine women who like Thor Bjornssons body, as he is just freakishly large but not ridiculously defined or vascular. If you have good insertions and a little bit of discipline, Fight Club body is a good target. If you don't, you'll have to be bigger to look good.

I would want the same, and will try it, altough i dont like gyms, i will try to get better body by practising a martial art and some side cardio.

Im lifting now but im not where i want. Working on getting a job while in school.
My question is, should i wait until my SMV is higher before i try improving game as well. Like is there a point or am i wasting my time until i am more confident in my improvements?

Like said in my original post, you can practice game if you want (lord knows I did) but your return on investment will be a lot higher once you're Looks and Status are at a reasonable level.
The fact is, if you're unattractive, women will treat you like the scum of the earth until you're attractive. The difference is really night and day.

I use a perk system. It's addicting and rewarding as hell. Setting your own goals and obtaining them. Then 'lvling' up if you will. I'll share my ideas one day when I've iterated on them some more.

Cold showers boost your immune system. Cold showers are great for your balls. Cold showers will give you a dopamine boost afterwards. Cold showers are great for your skin. Cold showers can make you more disciplined, because you force yourself through something unpleasant on a regular basis.
I think they have more benefits than drawbacks, but they are unpleasant. That is why many people simply disregard them and continue to emotionally rationalize against them.

Yeah, there's just some science about reducing DOMS better and they don't obliterate your sperm (because of the heat, compared to hot showers). I think most people just take them for the feel of it, it definitely wakes you up in the morning.

There was one study done on rats, and the only conclusion is that hot temperatures reduce testosterone in rats.
Says absolutely nothing about cold showers or temperatures boosting testosterone/immune system/etc.
There are studies that support the assertion that hot showers will worsen existing skin conditions, especially ones related to dry skin.
As far as DOMS, heat breaks down lactic acid, although that has pretty much been debunked as a contributor to DOMS. Cold temperatures will numb pain sensors, but DOMS is caused from micro-tears in the muscle, which get repaired more quickly with more blood flow, and cold temperatures constrict blood vessels and reduce blood flow, so they are not beneficial to muscle growth and repair.
I can't argue with them increasing your discipline, or the personal preference of them being more refreshing, but there is no actual science behind the claim that cold showers are better for you...hence broscience.
