So my facebook friends have been sharing an article in which JK Rowling talks about her views on Draco Malfoy, a stereotypical "bad boy" in the HP universe - rich, uncaring, and douchebaggy. In other words, exactly the traits that make girls sploosh their panties.

I thought the article was particularly interesting because she laid down some hard Redpill truths without even knowing it. I've paraphrased it here:

Draco remains a person of dubious morality in the seven published books... how unnerved have I been by the number of girls who fell for this particular fictional character. Draco has all the glamour of the anti-hero; girls are very apt to romanticize such people. All of this left me in the unenviable position... as I told them, rather severely, that Draco was not concealing a heart of gold under all that sneering at prejudice.

Just another nail in the "girls really want nice guys!" myth. Redpill is everywhere.
