If men had the same sexual value to flaunt in a club as women do, then sure they would, but it's a flawed and unrealistic premise, you just reversed the genders. Women have the urge to flaunt and indulge in their sexuality in their prime because they can, a man simply can't (to the same extent), to say that "well if men could they would" doesn't make any sense because that would also reverse everything else, high sexual value is intrinsic to the female and this value is so fundamental in the gender dynamics that if you reverse it then you essentially reverse the sexes completely.
There's no point in saying "if X, then Y" if X is completely unrealistic, you're just saying if men were women they'd act like women, you don't say.
I'm not disagreeing with the rest of your post though, i agree it's ultimately because men collectively fucked up, at the end of the day this could have all been avoided if all men just kept their bitches in line, but i'm just speculating.

The "why" is simple: we have mostly solved the big problems. Think about this one simple thing: our poorest demographics tend to be obese.
Women have inherent value by virtue of their sexuality. Men do not. This is an effect of how our species has evolved.
Men are valued because of what they can do. As more and more immediate problems (e.g. procuring today's meal) are solved by increasingly complex systems, the role of men is made less and less visible. Sure, the guys who are maintaining the software (and we damn well know it's men doing this) on Reddit are doing their own small part for advancing civilization. However, this work not remotely visible in comparison to killing a deer for the tribe or even breaking your back farming all day.
As such, even though virtually every piece of the critical infrastructure system that keeps us all fed and sheltered has been designed, built, maintained and defended overwhelmingly by men, they toil in the background. This toil is what defines them as men, and gives them value; it is what they do, and becomes less visible and less valued with every passing day.
Only when these systems grind to a halt, and the lazy and porcine masses start getting a bit hungry will real masculinity be rewarded again. I wonder if Kirill would know how to defend against vandals come to destroy his home; I wonder if he would have the fortitude to kill others before they killed him and took what was his.

There is some weird spin going on in this community where everyone thinks these "sluts" are to blame. At least 1400ng/dl, I'd say. Consider this - 2002's 95th percentile Test for <45 y.o. men is about 970 averaged.
Extrapolate the ~1.2% yearly drop since 1980 to the 50s - Source 1, Source 2 (Questionable but bare with me)
(2002 - 1950) x 1.2 = a whopping 62.4% drop, putting 95th percentile men in the 50s at well over 2000ng/dl.
From there it is no stretch of the imagination that the average man would've had 1400-1600ng/dl in his veins.
An unrelated but intriguing tangent, perhaps increased life expectancy is partially due to decreased T levels?

It seems to be a pretty well-regarded principle of biology that the individual (a cluster of alleles) is the highest discrete unit of evolution/natural selection. We care immensely about ourselves, we care significantly about our parents, siblings, and offspring with whom we share on average 50% of our alleles, and we care in decreasing magnitude about those with whom we share less and less genetic interrelatedness. I fail to see how a concerted evolutionary process might emerge by which every individual in a population voluntarily and equally gives up the right to pass his genes into the next generation.

It might, but the root issue is that men crave power - how the laws and mores channel this impulse determines the shape of a given civilization; what is civilization? It's the cumulative windfall of an environment which ensures that most of its' individuals' only logical choices are the optimal ones in the interest of the collective. Why do we care?
The most obvious/relevant example of this is that if betas, the driving force of civilization, aren't afforded a woman and family artificially, they have no incentive to participate in the system and contribute their industriousness to it. Stuff like this goes down more than many people realize. When I finished uni I shared a party house with 2 other professionals. The house was an old timber mansion we had a billiards room and indoor hot tub. The main room had a mirror ball and a stripper pole. We used to throw a sexy themed party every long weekend, 5x/yr. works for me. Step 1: search for ANY image
step 2 in another tab / window have the image YOU WANT TO FIND more of
step 3 drag that image ONTO the "search field" and a pop-under will happen to "upload or drag your image to search"
the results, when you let the drag-event complete, will have a link that says "all sizes" and this will bring up EVERY matching image, at any scale, and you can then open the image or the page it is on.
Lower down are "visually similar" images, not matches.

It won't always let you determine it in all cases. However, you have to consider he said unique architecture. He reverse searched the pic, which then came up with dozens of pictures of the same place, some contain names of the place.
For example if it was a picture of the Empire State building (let's assume he didn't know what this was), he could reverse search it and through the dozens of results find the title of the building is "empire state building". Through a quick google search he now knows the exact location of where the picture was taken.
