Short version; a morbidly obese woman who is a 2/10 keeps 6 lovers, including her husband. They all have much the same hair style. She has multiple children with them (whatever that means). "Give it to them" is quite right. Women are deemed sexually empowered because power is given to them by certain men....as they don't have much natural leverage over men, otherwise.
I'd say that, besides stoic-ness, having plenty (or enough) sexual options is the best way to combat "the thirst", as our friend here states it....yes, drowning yourself in it before you can satiate it.
I'd say this case is exceptional. The woman is exceptionally unattractive and the men are exceptionally feral. It doesn't seem like these guys have ever heard of self-improvement (or even a barbershop, for that matter).
Really, just invest in yourself and stay away from degeneracy and anything close to a loser/ doomer mindset plug. You'll be fine.

"Red pill aware" does not mean you are free from sexual needs. It means (amongst other things) that you know how to deal with women who wish to exploit those needs against your own self-interest. That is all.
