I’ve recently started to liken PUA techniques on an undeveloped male physique, to something like real nice hair and nails on a fat chick. you know the kind of ladies I’m talking about.

well I was the male counterpart, I thought that I could compensate for gym time by accumulating head knowledge about game. what kept me doing this for years was that I did have a little success. a little improvement, off and on.

I have found that a solid frame, and some go-to stories and gambits, help raise my SMV by inches. For sure. But making gains in the gym has been atomic to my SMV.

Maybe there are some super charismatic individuals who rely on the head games solely, won’t argue against that.

But I will say that after one year of building my body in the gym, I am getting hit on for the first time by 8s and 9s — I AM getting hit on by them, weekly and sometimes daily many times — and the effort on my part is nearly minimal to make it happen. I am rarely having to tell a story or one-liner to make anything happen. I do believe that I gained some helpful skills during my previous reading, but they are more like icing on the cake. I look back and realize I was living off of icing before.

I also put some effort into learning about diet so as to slim down the waist and then after that building the pecs and arms/ upper body and legs.

Encouragement — lift and lift some more and when you get tired of lifting fucking pick that barbell back up. You are literally raising your SMV to permanence with every set.


EDIT: It’s not complex. Just a friendly attempt to encourage other people who may be in a slump like I used to be.
