Started going to gym, went 4 days this week also bought proteins. From next week I'll start doing specific excercises (was doing general stuff to get used to). I'm pretty much skinny atm 1.85cm/75kg, will try to gain muscle without getting too fat.
University: Could have been better, I'm kinda running late with a project, will have to drink a lot of coffee and stay all night probably to end it.

Two questions:
I have been noticing my face kinda looks long and fat in up close pictures...i haven't done cardio for 2 years, but still look skinny. I think I look terrible in pictures and have very few good ones for myself because I am balding.
Having a dry spell and can't seem to break it although I approach and tinder. Help me!
As for improvements, I got back into consistent lifting (was lifting on/off before due to school/laziness). I hope to up this from 3x/week to 6x.
Will also be playing for a soccer league I signed up for - hope that fixes my fat face (maybe I am just ugly).

Started Stronglifts 5x5 and having much more fun with the new routine than I did with my junk isolation workouts on machines, as well as feeling much more progress already.
Joined a new friend group, albeit through a church group so idk how I'll translate that to lays, but I've only just broken out of monk mode so it's a huge step actually being a part of a big group of mostly girls. I've been an introvert who had some bad social experiences as a kid, and this has definitely boosted my self esteem immensely.
I'm starting to realize my status as an actually interesting guy, and my last year of self improvement has definitely helped a ton.

Pros. Just purchased 48 laws of power and the prince from amazon today. Came clean to my LTR and plates about each other to a certain degree. Eagerly seeking and recieving more hours at my loading job. Recently joined a gym. Gaining solid muscle from work and light workouts. Put 350 in the bank
Cons. Fallout from ltr and plates were bad. Made me bitter and them distant. Swung my dick around looking for comfort. Met and fucked two new plates in one day. Not proud in the sense i told myself i was over it. I am currently single. Set an appointment to get checked on the 11th. Spend too much money on frivolous things Dont eat anything Sleep schedule is fucked More to come

Frame. The fact that I already had a plate on hand already gave me a lot of confidence when talking and texting. I literally did not care if they left or not. Also helped I worked with one of them. but dont shit where you eat. EVER.

Backslid in a couple ways. Missed an MMA class because I was gaming a chick I cold approached. Felt like crap about it. Made the conscious decision to keep plans over pussy at all costs.
Speaking of game, I have been getting out and talking to every broad I can. Opening with a tease, starting conversations, sometimes just waving, it’s going really well here. One aspect I can improve on is holding frame in extended interactions. She’s not “caught” until she’s in my bed. I’ve been enjoying this a lot.
I have been easing up on the lifting recently, to make some room for MMA and hiking - the latter I’ve developed a pretty strong affinity for. I am leaning out well, at a later date I may hit the weights harder and start eating a lot again, but only when I’m conditioned enough so that I don’t have to lower the frequency of the other things I’ve gotten into. That’s a good pivot point.
My focus for this point will be creating plausible deniability, and feeding the hamster.

About the anger: Are you meditating? Are you drinking alcohol? How's your diet? How many days a week are you eating meat? (Shouldn't be every day) Exercise should be every day to properly channel your energetic outburst. If you skip the gym, you should still be doing cardio and pushups/situps/pullups/bridges/etc

Doing 3x5 in a gym, didn't miss a training
Eat better than before, ordered some kitchen stuff to make it even better and healthier
Started meditating
Didn't miss a cold shower, now it feels good
Was in a SPA center, had some massage and sauna, felt really good about this
Read tons of articles, and started with a Book of Pook
Been on a date with a chick, nexted her cause she reacted weird and cold to escalation, apparently she's not into me, who cares
Got 2 numbers from girls on random stuff, not cold approach on the street

Still got my decent grades in med school.
Lost a few % of body fat, maybe around 12-15 now. Lost no strength on squats, and I hit 245 on overhead press yesterday. Prepping for a meet so I'm happy with that.
LTR #1 is getting her shit together, prolly trying for a promotion so I'm enjoying a little more of her company. #2 is cooking more and getting strong af in the gym; she probably lifts more than half of you fukkbois.
Side plate #1 wants to get kinkier. Considering trading her for another man's wife for a night. She likes sending cuck videos to her ex so I'm getting into that.
Next week trying for more strict diet.

Nice job, remember school is top priority. Proper diet, sleep, excercise/lifting, and meditation will support you in that endeavor. Nothing will boost your SMV as much in the intermediate-term as GRADUATION DAY/becoming a doctor.

I agree on most of this, but honestly it depends on what you want from the girl. "I'm a med student," puts you pretty solidly into "providor" territory -- husband material at best.
It's easier to fuck girls if they don't know. Nursing students flirt with me all the time but I've never banged on.

Do you practice yoga? May be worth looking into.
Also, if you're not doing bridges (for the paraspinal muscles: erector spinae, spinalis) then you should try those as well. Stretching may help a bit but wouldn't solve it
If it were me, I would probably take time off lifting in favor of swimming. Good luck and feel better homie

I'm actually a competitive swimmer and while I've taken some time off I'm planning to start up again next week. I'm not heavy lifting or anything- mid weight, high reps so I think I'll continue hitting the gym.

Broke my P.R - last year I could dead lift 50 pounds and 2 days ago I broke it by going to 120. Initially it was absurd since I failed 2 times on lifting that hoe, but I pictured it in my mind that the bar was going to lift off and it did.

I weigh 125kgs. Goal is to lose 50kgs in 1-1.5 years so that I'm 75kgs. And then to bulk up. I know cutting and gaining don't have to be mutually exclusive processes, and the focus of the sub is towards lifting and not weight loss, but I've been overweight pretty much since I was 9, so I just want to focus on losing weight for now and enjoy having a BMI in the "normal" range. Plus I'm tall (6'2) and barrel chested with broad shoulders, so I know that if I cut well, my natural structure and work on core will give me a muscular physique. Then it'll be about building on the frame, keto and proper diet and then keeping my body fat in check.
So far so good, plan is to lose a kg a week, and tracking my meals, doing cardio (like I said, KISS for now), staying within calorie consumption levels and eating healthy, and doing some basic bicep front raises with single reps of 20 upto 7.5kgs rn.
Quit smoking. This one gets easier and harder, but so far so good. Sticking to this commitment. Done with smoking and won't smoke another cigarette in my life.
NoFap because I found myself back into making porn a few hour long recreational habit, especially off Reddit. Focusing on improving myself and having real sexual experiences than fantasy ones. Been a week, so far so good. Never going to watch porn again. Going to keep going.

Positives: Been able to motivate myself to hit the gym a lot more than I used to, still not lifting that heavy but I know that will change with time
Finally at a point where I can fuck on the regular after being a virgin for 19 years. Before this year couldn't land a girl for the life of me now I have 3 plates who regularly ask me to come over
Diet has been way better, cut out all processed food. Feel way better
Negatives: Can't stick to nofap for the life of me. Guess I just gotta keep trying

Since I almost lost a course for the first time I made some changes in my life which i´m proud of; I don´t watch porn anymore I sold my gaming console I have only masturbated once in two weeks I now use a calendar, which benefits the following 3; I now lift with more consistency I am now more diligent with studying I now feel like I have the steering wheel of my life.

Good:
won my march madness pool for the third year in a row. Money will be used strictly toward savings.
Bad:
started getting exertion headaches while lifting and took a day off yesterday to try and see if that assists the matter at all. They are a real pain in the ass and are causing me to cut my workouts short. I get them during compound lifts like bench, squat, and overhead press, and then they will taper off during auxiliary lifts but are still noticeable.
Neutral: Was trying to decide on whether or not to apply to law school for a few months now, and after heavily considering my options im going to rule it out. Ive done my due diligence of research and came to the conclusion that it is not a wise investment. I already have undergrad debt, and there is no way law school would be any cheaper than 60 grand. Id be looking at about 90-100 grand of debt by the time its all said and done. Not ideal.

make sure you switch it up a bit, maybe after 6 weeks of this linear progression you do some higher rep ranges and volume for a while. Like 4x12 bench, high volume really helps with hypertrophy and therefore strength. just make sure you are doing a mix of low rep strength and high rep hypertrophy

However hard you're going in the gym, go harder. Blast some death/punk/rap gangsta/suicide/warlock metal if you have to.
Rest less, add in partials, single, wtv you have to do to lift more lbs, more often.

Good luck brother. Last piece of advice: find someone in real life who looks like how you want to look/is way stronger than you. Go up to him and say "Hey man, you look awesome. Can I buy you a drink/chicken breast/protein shake and pick your brain about how to get swol?"
9/10 times they will say yes and be super friendly and helpful. Pro tip: this goes for every other endeavor as well.

-New PR in squats: Just the bar (you can laugh but it's more than nothing and it's a start)
-Nearing my bodyweight in the bench press
-Took a very long run yesterday and feeling great cardio-wise
-Cleaned up my diet, cut out sugar, alcohol
-Meditating and reading every day
-One month till graduation, holding the course
-Loving life

Couple things:
I started learning pickup around 8-9 years ago, and gained a reasonable amount of experience in game, which definitely helps. While blue pilled, I had a 4 year LTR and therefore had sex many hundreds of times, which helps my self confidence since I know I can satisfy a woman in bed (orgasms). Also, I recently broke into a high powered career (doctor) which is hugely attractive to a certain percentage of women.
I've had my share of brutal dry spells, but right now is not one of them. Had a great night out at the club (sober) tonight and picked up a super cute redhead. Made out, got her number, she was super into me but I didn't try to take her home cause I'm fucking tired (late night, already fucked the other girl for 2 hours today)

Med students are more attractive to college-aged women than undergrads, and yes I've become more interesting via tinder/cold approach. But the time sink and mental energy required in medical school more than defeats any advantage conferred. Overall, college is a way easier time to game, party, and get laid.
