I am 46 will be 47 this summer, yes i been a ghost for a few years compared to when i was younger.

I recently saw my sport doctor and he put me on keto fasting and stronglift 5 x 5 i have lost a lot of fat my face is getting chiselled, and i plan on working toward a spartan body.
I notice that i been getting a bit more attention from women, from the younger crowd to older women.....

But at my age i think my days of clubbing are over, not sure where i can meet women, i am still a bit shy, grocery store etc....

Summer is coming i been single for 7y went online dating and failed, got rejected silly, women i met where mostly mental, and for all this time what i met discourage me greatly.........

This guy is amazing i love him WOW motivated you bet ya...... hahah i train for myself, because its a passion but it does attract women.
I was a bit insecure with my hair loss but it barely shows, i just spoke to a few women and do could care less about hair loss, if you are tall and built, they don't really give a rats ass about hair..

I feel men are the ones that worry way to much about hair loss.

Senior endorsed tag doesn’t mean he’s been endorsed for a while, it means he’s an endorsed senior. Guys legit.

Same as any age. Social circle, hobbies and day game. Online dating to collect some plates but trust me you'll end up collecting a pocket full of 6s with issues.
kayfab 5y ago
Yes like i said i failed online dating 6 lucky you i get below average women that reject me hahaha so yeah

35-year-old that This is a lot of opportunities, this is a fact, always be aware of what’s around you
dani098 5y ago
Just out of curiosity are you want testosterone? I’m 35 by the way. I do pretty decently with younger women and I’m in great shape.
kayfab 5y ago
This is the biggest myth ever, i have a sport doctor, my free T is at 680, for a 46y old, but i been training for a long time too never did drugs smoke not even alcohol.
I did steroids when i was younger, but that was like 20 plus years ago, and now i a part from creatine, collagen, glutamine and some BCAA, i don't take anything else...
My sport doctor tells me that most doctor who put men on TRT should not even be on, if you T is around 400 its normal. And TRT is a complex protocol you need to watch the estradiol with regular blood test and T too, you need to take an AI and some HCG to protect your nuts.... honest if i can avoid that the rest of my life i will.... its a hassle.

I’ve been on test for three years. If test levels are healthy that’s great and if you’re accomplishing what you want I mean yeah sure, I agree not everybody needs to be on testosterone if you’re able to Accomplish what you want in there with a normal levels yeah. I agree with you, you’re not wrong by any means Thanks for the input though that looks exactly what I was looking for
kayfab 5y ago
I have seen men on TRT fly...... this therapy is insane but like you said if you really need it, its not gonna transform you into a hulk, its going to bring your levels up to normal.
But for me even when i did steroids when i was younger i was fat... because my body aromatize so much... a deca testosterone cyp and winstrol v would turn me into a blimp even if i had some armidex taken twice per week... so steroids are not for me and so far i do not need TRT.
dani098 5y ago
Yeah I’ve been through that, I was a little plump and I ballooned up. LOL I’m in great shape now though I’m not sure if I needed to get on Test but I’ve always been a gym rat. It started out as a two month cycle, which is transformed into a three-year blast and cruise. Fuck it

I injured my back when i was 29, doing squats and deadlifts but bad forms, and going for heavy instead of focusing on the movement.

Even then when i was doing those 2 i was losing fat like crazy and building mass. Took me a lot of time to find a good sport doctor to give me prolotherapy and PRP on the stretch ligaments.... i did not stop training but was very very limited on what i could do, the dirty chiros fucked me up even more........ my training was based mainly around machines.

I started free weights again at 41, he put me on adonis index, posture training etc.......

At 44 i got into the fitness craze and injured my knee doing T Focus 25, took time off then went right back at it with P90X3, grad this 3 months did not miss one workout 6 days a week, then i switch to 22 minutes hard corps did 6 weeks and hit the wall solid, drained, found out i had adrenal fatigue. I kept contact with my sport doctor via email he said that those intense program will screw you up more then help....

I saw him last month, he gave me a saliva testosterone test, i was 680, then he put me on keto fasting, and suggested i start lifting heavy again.

Stronglifts 5 x 5 3 times per week, squatting 3 times per week deadlifting once.....

I am loving it so far, my strength is going up, i am taking my time making sure i do not injure myself again, i bough a powerlifting belt to protect my back, some knee wraps, i got an MMA training suite, i train at home in my condo i got a home gym with 300 pounds plates.... squat rack bench etc....

When i reach 300 on the squat and deadlifts i guess i will stay at that weight which is more then acceptable for me.

I do not want to use steroids anymore, not when i get great results with creatine, glut BCAA and collagen.

Now that i am fat adapted i will see what type of body i can build along with the keto diet.
dani098 5y ago
yeah man I used to power lift when I was younger. I had some back issues as well several years ago. I am thankful I had a great recovery and did not slow me down too much. I have just recently stopped doing heavy squats
kayfab 5y ago
Like i said max 300 if i reach it if not i am staying at 275 and its all good for me.
Same for deadlift, stronglifts requires you do squat 3 times per week 5 x 5 its pretty fn brutal....
If i start to struggle i am gonna lower the weight and do only 1 day heavy the other 2 moderate.
kayfab 5y ago
I made some changes to the program, guess that kind of woke me up... yeah i used to squat 5 x 5 and deadlift 5 x 5 but the real program requires you to deadlift only 1 set of 5.... spoke to a few guys here and they told me be-careful because its gonna catch up when the weight goes up....
Stronglift you squat 3 times per week its pretty heavy and it is starting to take its toll.

It's actually easier. Younger women if you choose carefully are more attracted and older women know what they want and tend to be super easy to get into bed.
If you're in good shape for your age and have good pictures, jump on Tinder. It was like a smorgasbord for me at 42. Dated any age from 22 right to 49 and got laid without even trying.
kayfab 5y ago
I failed online dating, i don't even have a smart phone but what i am seeing from my co workers on Tinder i would not want to get on this.

My pics are pretty awful i been told.... but online dating for me is a no go. Pretty depressing to, getting rejected like crazy...

Still at 44 i was able to get a 23y old waitress, we went out with friends, but ended everything after 3 months cause she wanted to get more serious and move in with me.
