Asking because I am currently in a 3 year dual degree master program set to make 150k+ after graduating. Not a doc or a lawyer but in healthcare. Every single level from Highschool, to Undergrad, and now just feels like my time hasn't come. I feel like Im still waiting to reach my peak. Prefacing this with I am an attractive male, slayed a bit in undergrad because I was the guy who threw killer Parties. Found out pussy is great, but most girls are shit and pretty shallow. Realized that I still couldn't passively attain the women I really wanted due to social status. I'm an 8, but in college if your not in a fraternity, or playing a sport your not regularly getting the high status women regardless of looks. I already have the basics handled, and I am looking to attract the 9-10s, the 10s, that are killing it with great careers passively. It just seems the only piece I am missing is the money portion. I am killing it in Grad school (GRA, Publishing coming soon, awards) but women don't care about that lol. I have 8 year old car, live on a stipend, not alot of discretionary income other than beer money. I just want some input from older members here who can provide me with some wisdom.
P.S. Not complaining, just wondering in your guys experience was the grind worth it?

Yes and no, in my experience unless you're on the upper middle class income, it's more a question of power than money.
Example my friend is a awesome engineer that outearns me 4:1 , but he works with other 2 guys in his department and that's it.
Myself I had a chief operations managerjob, with over 300 guys, 80 vehicles and gigantic budget, long story short he's younger and better looking, I had 6 good plates going on, he had a GF that left him because he was always working.
Women smell power not money.

If you're grinding for status simply to attract women you will never be satisfied. Women should never be your goal or else you'll end up having a smith & wesson retirement plan. Buying new fancy cars is a money sink and not economically sound. If you want it because it will add value to your enjoyment by all means, if you're simply buying it as a hopeful pussy magnet you're wasting money.
You have to find out what you enjoy and be interesting. You can't be some slaving wagie and then throw money at women and expect to garner anything besides a cheap lay. If you want this job you're working for because it will provide you solace good for you but again women cannot be your mission.

But you need to change your angle, you don't get a BMW to impress girls, that's lame, if you buy a BMW because you love the car, want an awesome driving car with good looks it's a whole different animal.
Look at guys with muscle cars or riced out Honda's, they don't need brand new or expensive car, but they have passion for what they have.
