I dont have social anxiety so I can talk to any stranger without a problem. If its a girl im mildly attracted to, I have no problem talking or anything. But if shes too fucking hot, I cant even build the courage to go up to her (There are exceptions to this case, but Im just talking about cold approches), I just wanna fix this, because I see some hot girl staring at me, but I just cant seem to find the reason why I cripple in fear...

Being scared of hot girls means putting them on a pedestal. They're nothing special, if anything they are the ones who should be "scared" of you.

The only way you'll ever get good at doing things that make you anxious and afraid is by doing them. Start small and escalate over time until you're comfortable with it.
