When she's sick of guys spontaneously slapping her ass at work, making inappropriate comments and generally making her really uncomfortable, does that change your approach when you escalate?
I don't work with her.
I'm concerned about coming off as just another idiot that keeps touching her.
I'm presuming I should just own it and rely on her actually being attracted to me? Obviously the problem is that she is getting UNWANTED attention, not attention. So attention from a great guy like me is no issue...
It's temping to go Nice Guy here but thankfully the last couple of months hanging out in RP has made me take stock.
Still - what are your thoughts?

I've told her she should complain but she doesn't seem to be up for that and that's her business. I'm more concerned about how to avoid being lumped in with them in her mind.
As has been said though - I think it depends entirely on if she is attracted to me so it's neither here nor there.

That's possible but having been to this particular store I know they are all 'friends' and go out after work together etc etc and generally mess about at work. Not convinced she's lying and I'm sure the company would not tolerate it if she decided to report it which she isn't.
Maybe I'm wrong.
Either way I think we've established it's irrelevant.

Tell her that a toxic work culture usually starts at the very top. Tell her she should vote with her feet and get another job that values her skills more.
Don't discuss it further. Do nothing else. If she brings it up again, tell her you told her before to get a new job, if she won't do that, it's no concern of yours.
