Maybe his time is more valuable than that? I don't know about you, but if I had to walk up the more than 40 floors to my work every day I would lose a huge amount of valuable time. It's a lot more efficient to do a focused workout on leg day.

I agree, but I know this will be controversial here. People like to extend AWALT to mean all women are exactly the same. In reality, they all share common traits that make them different than us, but that doesn't mean one can't be better or worse than others.
