And you are right that I don't have much experience, and I had a porn addiction up until recently, but I don't watch porn anymore (going clean for about three months).

Thanks for a comprehensive response to my anxiety question.
I was hoping there was a trick (Like crossing your eyes and dotting your tees) that would make it easier. But knowing that "the only way out is through" gives me a good perspective on how I should handle things from now on.

I've already done a bit of kino, (And that's just kinda natural. We work close by, she gets physical naturally, and I mess back.). But I haven't done anything else, and I certainly don't want to loose that job.
