Actually really great to hear from other guys how crazy she sounds. Too often I would try to reconcile with her because she would twist things around to fit her own distorted views of things.

I’d feel like a fool if my first job out of college is folding clothes or something when I just spent the last 5 years getting a STEM degree. Everyone expects more from me and I feel like I can’t deliver. I feel like I bet on myself with college and it was not a safe bet.

I know I’ve made some association with driving and the attacks. It’s irrational thoughts in my head that send my body into this response. Like when I’m driving and know I can’t just turn around and go home if I’m having an attack...that inability will psych me out.
