You can fix the PMS by taking her off the pill and getting her an IUD. Hormone replacement (estrogen) as a form of contraception is terrible. Girls with IUDs seem to magically not suffer from PMS. Just a practical thing you can do to help make your life a little easier bro.

They're not vials, they're ampoules, and ampoules are 1 use once you smash them, so you have to use the whole thing. That doesn't allow you the flexibility to tirtate your dose so granularly. You need vials so you can draw in amounts under 1ml to get the appropriate dose.

Your dosing frequency is too infrequent, you will feel great for the first 3-4 days after injection, then "OK" for perhaps another week, and crappy the few days just before your next injection. The 7 day half-life for testosterone ethanate makes it inappropriate to be injected at such large interval...
