@destraht I agree with all what you say should happen but here escalation of the conflict in uncontrolled manner would end up with possibility of big boom.

AS for economic losses since Russia does not provide certain commodities US took over some of it, I don't know how much it offsets the cost of patriots. One example: for time being EU and US have new long term LNG contracts that might as well expand.

I still say it was better for Russia to invest in locating their missiles in Venezuela & Cuba for a counter and invest in technology and tackling corruption, rather than put themselves back to middle ages at the end of the war.

@Antelope

The best indicator would be to look at the money on the market.

surely I didn't provide enough context, surely the topic I replied to wasn't civilians - so to make it clear, looking at the market and money movement it could be established more precisely is the war going to finish soon or who is winning - official data on killed soldiers doesn't do that, I believe. It is information warfare, but millions $ invested is quite real. Quite literally don't listen to what they say, look what they do.

which is nonsense because knowing the truth of the MIM-104's efficacy against the missiles directly correlates to actual safety.

I'm trying to follow. Do you mean average Ukrainians are going to benefit from that info, how? Staying at home that are not this kind of explosives proof? Will shrapnel protection overweight intel provided to enemy? Do you even think civilians think they are 100% protected?

There is plenty of assumptions that can be dismantled with only one rocket getting trough to Kiev. Stupid tweet in real time have much larger consequences.

I'm quite sure patriot manufacturers took a note and more importantly Russian manufacturers as well. It is aggressor advantage to modify weapons and make defenders to respond - with delay. Same thing in IT with hackers. If one hacker would discover zeroday and share it, then it would be mayhem.

If Russians discover vulnerability and will go from 5% to 30% then one can congratulate twitter twat for killing people.

This single tweet could enable Russians to launch some extra missiles knowing the defences are down. In such case such person should be treated accordingly and arrest doesn't cut it.

@Antelope Not specific enough, can't specifically reply.

shouldn't know some things?

unless this is the answer you're looking for: this tweet could be released with 7 day delay and it wouldn't make difference to average Jo - information wise - but certainly wouldn't put in danger area being defended. The rest of the reasons is important for military reasons except one and you SEEM to hung on

how many Patriots were used [US funding, public outrage?]

If yes... then you chose least important reason and disregarded area safety and possible casualties in effect.

Just because argument is weak it doesn't mean it might not exist.

@Antelope I watched documentary claiming that even Israel can't shoot down 100% of misses made from plumbing pipes in Palestine; information on MIM being hit is an intel... like everything else.

Intel on: how many Patriots were used [US funding, public outrage?], what kind of missile got trough, how many missiles were needed to get trough and very importantly it looks that tweet could be in real time.

Give me a break tweeting dude, you have to be really dumb exposing area with no [compromised] defence. Whoever did that put lives at risks and knowing how this war goes plenty of civilians. IF that didn't warrant the arrest then I don't know what would.

As for silencing, it is hard to silence someone that has already said everything they [he] knew. Unless we're talking the outrage 'I didn't deserve it'.

@adam-l

She suggests the most damaged of the siblings is Donald Trump, who, she said, has a variety of psychological impairments: definitely narcissism, for which she says he meets all nine criteria, but probably other conditions. She lists as possibilities antisocial personality disorder, dependent personality disorder, a learning disorder and sleep disorder.

The president of the United States, in her opinion, struggles to control his impulses; tell the truth; learn new facts; apologize for mistakes; and lives in constant terror of having people perceive his flaws.

dependent personality disorder quite easy to mistake with BPD

@destraht I would be surprised if any side would give accurate numbers even if they were available. There are reasons to underestimate and overestimate the numbers of lost soldiers.

Overestimate to snooze ,and surprise the enemy with counter, underestimate to make the enemy think that all this was for naught. Then to provide both so it will appeal to whatever emotional state the reading person is in.

Psyop.

The best indicator would be to look at the money on the market. There are people that know more. Someone with enough knowledge would be able to trace the dependencies and possible outcomes of war. Invest when there is a blood, yeah, but if you have information when/where to invest then even better.

Some counterbalance to war news. One factual, one comical.

@Typo-MAGAshiv numbers of participants went down. Maybe they have branched out into Tate style, maybe opportunistic participants do not happen to come from reedit anymore. There is a reason they are not here anymore. And if you can spot a person in a crowd based on language then it speaks volumes.

It can if you change it.

even slightest ego attachment to internet personality isn't good for thinking, I already have one ego attachment, it is enough for lifetime

@Typo-MAGAshiv

If individuals can be assumed to be the same person then it further proves my point. Numbers shrink.

BTW Self imposed restrictions and limits it might never change.
